* InformedAttribute: Nothing in how he acts suggests any sort of visual impairment other than the fact that he says so. It's possible he's old and still able to ''see'', per se, but has extreme light sensitivity or some form of cataracts (not unlike many other great artists such as Matisse and Degas). His impairment is {{Handwaved}} in the Festival of the Blizzard, although he never mentions he needs to see things to be inspired.

* GoodOlBoy: While coming across as a grown FarmBoy (as he was raised on Maltic's farms), some of the wisdom peppered into his words make him come across as the Wynncraft version of one. He even calls himself a humble worker and breadwinner.
* MotiveRant: His infamous ninety-nine-line-long bread rant is something of one, as to why he's a bread enthusiast to begin with.
* MotorMouth: Every few lines of dialogue he'll think of a new subject to talk about, distracting himself.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: "Bread Enthusiast" could be a name due to some of the... interesting other names in Wynncraft, but is probably not. He never actually tells you his real name. He's also known as "Jofash Resident" in the way a generic NPC is.
* Schmuck Bait: Go on. Keep asking him about bread. You will notice it takes longer and longer before you can skip the dialogue, meaning you're probably going to have to read ''all'' of it.
** If you get through his MotiveRant and ask him to talk even ''more'' you will be presented with a potential ''564763''-line-long rant, and the game will simply end the conversation for you.
* TanLines: Like most other Jofash Dock residents, he has these. Coupled with his discussion about bread and working on Maltic Farm, they come off as a farmer's tan.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Bread, but ''specifically'' coarse-ground wheat bread. He will go on a MotiveRant about his favorite types of bread.
