The girls and the professor are transporting a dangerous chemical to safely contain in their lab when Mojo attacks. In the ensuing fight, the chemical is exposed and knocks out everyone. When the girls and Mojo come to, they find themselves in a solitary room with the Professor explaining it's for their safety as the chemical can turn anyone into a monster. As he tries to figure out if they're infected or not and work on an antidote, the four start to become stir crazy.

* EatenAlive: Mojo at the end. He's still stuck in the Professor when they get him back to normal.
* GoMadFromTheIsolation: As the girls and Mojo continue to spend hours in the room together, they start accusing each other of being infected and turning into a monster and slightly start going nuts.
* TheReveal: The Professor is the one revealed to have been infected by the chemical and turns into a crocodile monster. Luckily by that point, he's finished the antidote and the girls and Mojo just have to get past him to retrieve it.
