Phil's patient is a young attractive woman... who, for some reason, has absolutely no interest to sex. Phil considers this to be weird, and asks Kupitman for help. Kupitman agrees, only to immediately start flirting with a patient. To shut him up, she reveals that she's not asexual, it was just her ill-fated attempt to spark Phil's interest. Kupitman, intrigued by how it may work out, agrees to keep her secret. Unfortunately, Phil misses all the clues and forces her to attend all spectrum of tests. Phil checks results of his patient's tests, and it turns out that she's... pregnant. If she had no sex for six years as she and Kupitman claims, it may only meant one of two things: either she's pregnant from God... or she simply lied. Phil confronts the patient on her behaviour, but as soon as he hears about pregnancy, she loses interest to him, realising that it's from one of her old boyfriends, whom she may now force into marriage.

Gleb's patient rejects him and insists on "more experienced" doctor. Gleb points what the only "more experienced" doctor here is Bykov, and, when patient insists on calling him then, says what Bykov is "too busy". However, the patient then points what they may ask the Chief Doctor instead (which is not an option). Not being able to ask the real Bykov, Gleb asks Lobanov to impersonate him -- the patient doesn't know how Bykov really looks like, so all he needs is a pair of glasses, clean coat and new badge. Semyon also promises to "personally curate" Gleb's work. But Kisegach learns about Lobanov impersonating Bykov, and asks him to play him on important meeting with her investors. But when Lobanov learns that he's about to "agree" to treat VIP patients for free from Bykov's name, he backs out; to Kisegach he says that she can't even punish him without making Bykov know, which would backfire ''on her''. Then Lobanov gets confronted by the patient on ''still'' not being treated (he's about to go complain to Kisegach), and Lobanov defuses the situation by yelling on Gleb, Bykov-style, and ordering him to go to his patient at once. Gleb compliments him on good impersonation... and suggests to return to his old self, since he resembles a real Bykov way too much for comfort.

Bykov plans to play his new video game (some new one about Franchise/{{Batman}}), and wants no interns near him for the rest of the day: they would ruin the fun. But Polina is unaware of this, due to being late to work. Semyon exploits this at first opportunity and sends her to Bykov, as a prank. But Bykov learns who had sent her, and punishes them both with a night shift. -- which they would serve together. Polina later gets asked for help by Gleb (who doesn't know what to do with his patient), and Polina, thinking that she has nothing left to lose, agrees to ask -- only to get a second night shift; then Bykov remembers that she'd asked for different problem the first time, and, after learning about Gleb, punishes him too. Later she tries to send Phil instead, but he refuses, stating that he prefers quiet Bykov to angry Bykov at any time of a day. Polina confronts Bykov again, and gets punished with two more shifts, plus one for Phil, just because. Polina is now on the verge of becoming an outcast again, due to causing the problems to everyone, but she come with a solution: if they cooperate and annoy Bykov enough, he would let them go just to stay alone with his game for once. While it nearly costs them ''fifteen'' shifts, ultimately the plan works.

Bykov plans to play his new videogame (some new one about Franchise/{{Batman}}), and wants no interns near him for the rest of the day: they would ruin the fun.

Phil's patient is a young attractive woman... who is, for some reason, has absolutely no interest to sex. Phil considers this weird, and asks Kupitman for help.

It seems what Gleb needs plan "B".

Polina is late to work, and due to this is unaware about Bykov's order to not disturb him. Semyon exploits this at first opportunity and sends Polina to Bykov. Unfortunately for Semyon, Bykov learns what it was Semyon who sent Polina, and punishes ''both''... by forcing them to work a night shift together.

Since Gleb can't ask real Bykov, he asks Lobanov to impersonate Bykov (fortunately, the patient doesn't know Bykov in person, so only thing Lobanov needs is a pair of glasses, new badge and clean coat), and assure the patient of Gleb's competence. Just to kill the last suspicions, Semyon promises to personally curate Gleb's work.

Kupitman agrees to help Phil, but immediately uses this opportunity to start flirting with the patient. To shut him up, the patient reveals the truth: she is not asexual at all, and all of this was her ill-fated attempt to spark Phil's interest in her. Kupitman, out of interest in how it would end, agrees to keep it secret. Unfortunately for patient, Phil still misses all the clues and forces her to attend full spectrum of tests.

Gleb just doesn't know what to do with his patient, and asksPolina for help. Polina doesn't know either, but since she is already punished, she may as well ask Bykov: it's not like she has something to lose, right? Bykov gives her a ''second'' night shift, but then remembers what the first time, she asked about a ''different'' problem. When he learns what this time she was sent by Gleb, Bykov punishes him as well.

Kisegach learns about Lobanov impersonating Bykov (when he talked to Gleb's patient, asking him to wait a bit more), but agrees to let it slide... on condition what he would pretend to be Bykov a bit longer: she has an important meeting with investors to attend, and can't risk bring the real Bykov here, so Semyon may impersonate him here as well. Investor suggests to install a new windows ("for free"), and expects what his men would be treated in the VIP wards (again, for free). Unfortunately, Lobanov realises ''what'' Bykov would do with him if he finds out, and he acts "in character", and refuses them. When confronted by Kisegach, he points out what Bykov would react ''very'' negatively to Semyon impersonating him; and if she tries to ask the real Bykov, she would be chewed on ''both'' original plan ''and'' her failed impersonation attempt. Kisegach had nothing to counter his position.

Polina tries to ask Phil for help, but he refuses, stating what while he dislikes Bykov's behaviour, he prefers quiet Bykov to angry Bykov at any time of a day. Polina confronts Bykov on his regard... and receives two shifts more, plus one for Phil.

Meanwhile, Phil checks the results of his patient's tests, and it turns out what... she's pregnant. If she had no sex for six years as she and Kupitman claims, it may only mean one of the two things: either she's pregnant from God... or she simply lied to Phil in the first place. Phil confronts his patient on her behaviour, but she instantly loses interest in him when learns about pregnancy, since she realises it must be from one of her old boyfriends, and sees an opportunity to force one of them into marriage.

Lobanov gets confronted by Gleb's patient on ''still'' not being treated (he is on the edge of going to Kisegach), and Lobanov, to defuse the situation, yells on Gleb, Bykov-style, and orders him to go to his patient at once. Gleb compliments him on good impersonation... and suggests to return back to his own self, since he becomes too similar to real Bykov for comfort.

Polina is on the verge of becoming an outcast again, due to causing problems to everyone, but she suggests the solution: they may cooperate and disturb Bykov so much, he would let them go just to be left alone for once. While it nearly costs them ''fifteen'' shifts, ultimately it works.

Bykov plans to play his new videogame (some new one about Franchise/{{Batman}}), and want no interns near him for the rest of day: they would ruin the fun.

Phil's patient is young attractive woman... who for some reason just not interested in sex, at all. Phil considers this weird, and asks Kupitman for help.

Gleb's patient insists on "more experienced" doctor. Gleb tried to assure him what only "more experienced" doctor here is Bykov, and on patient's attempt to call him, then, pointed what Bykov is "too busy". Patient then pointed out what he may ask Chief Doctor then. Gleb needs plan "B".

Polina is late to work, and due to this is unaware about Bykov's order to not disturb him. Semyon exploited this at first opportunity and sent Polina to him. Since Gleb can't ask Bykov, he asked Lobanov to impersonate Bykov (fortunately, guy never have seen Bykov in person, so only thing Lobanov needs is pair of glasses, new badge and clan coat), and assure patient of Gleb's competence. Just to kill last suspicions, he promised to personally curate Gleb's work.

Kupitman agreed to help Phil, but immediately used this opportunity to start flirting with his patient. To shut him up, she revealed the truth: she is not asexual at all, and all this was her ill-fated attempt to spark Phil's interest in her. Kisegach had nothing to counter his position.

Polina tried to ask Phil for help, but he refused to act, stating what while he dislikes Bykov's behaviour, he prefers quiet Bykov to angry Bykov at any time of a day. Polina confronted Bykov on his regard... and received two shifts more, plus one for Phil.

Meanwhile, Phil checked test results of his patient, and it turn out... she's pregnant. If she had no sex for six years as she and Kupitman claims, it may only mean one of the two things: either she's pregnant from God... or she simply lied to Phil all along. Phil confronted his patient on her behaviour, but she instantly lost interest in him when learned about pregnancy, since she realised it must be from one of her old boyfriends, and sees opportunity to force one of them into marriage.

Lobanov gets confronted by Gleb's patient on ''still'' not being treated (he is on the edge of going to Kisegach), and Lobanov, to defuse situation, yelled, Bykov-style, on Gleb and ordered him to go to his patient. Gleb complimented him on good impersonation... and suggested to return back to his own self, since he become too similar to real Bykov for comfort.

Polina is on the verge of becoming outcast again, due to causing problems to everyone, but she suggested solution: they may cooperate and disturb Bykov so much, he would let them go just to be left alone. While it nearly cost them ''fifteen'' shifts, ultimately it worked.

Unfortunately for patient, Phil still didn't get it misses all the clues and forced forces her to attend full spectrum of tests.
