Only such doctor he knows is Varya. This plan failed immediately because they simply scared her. Phil tried to ask Gleb and Semyon for help, and they suggested him to be more aggressive (it's them who asked for help, not Phil, so beggars can't be choosers)... only to immediately and quietly back out when they realised what caucasians are involved. He then asked Kupitman (whom patient's brothers let in because "grandpa is not dangerous"), but once he realised in which situation Phil almost dragged him, he instantly rejected (and tell them about his amorous conquests, to both cut any possibility for Phil to continue bothering him, and to disprove "harmless grandfather" accusations, which he considers to be insulting. When everything else failed, Phil decided to simply press them into accepting him, with threats of possible dire consequences of wasting time on searching for "new doctor", while she is seriously ill (she has bronchitis).
Gleb and Semyon bring wheels from his car into hospital (Gleb had some problems back home and need to hide them somewhere for a time). Meanwhile, Lyuba just lost some drugs under mysterious circumstances, so, when Varya overheard their conversation, she instantly suspected them (what else those "wheels" may be, after all? plus, she heard herself how Gleb used that word in this context before), and tell so to Lyuba. Now Lyuba demands them to bring "wheels" to her... and they comply, despite not knowing ''why'' she needs those car wheels. When Lyuba have seen this, she predictably accused them on being high on "wheels" already... and only ''then'' they realise what they speak about different wheels altogether. Fortunately for Lyuba, nurse Galya found lost drugs in another hospital's department, they borrowed some for their needs, but forgot to warn her. Unfortunately for guys, Bykov busted them before they managed to move wheels back -- which was just what they feared most. Fortunately, he punished them lightly, and even let to hide those wheels.
