* OneDialogueTwoConversations: When Lyuba accuses Gleb and Semyon of stealing the "wheel" and wants them back, both sides fails to understand what the other one refers to, as Gleb had brought the actual car wheels into the hospital due to some problems at home (he has nowhere else to put them), and Lyuba refers to drugs (the round-shaped pills are often called "wheels"). The problem only resolves when interns actually brings those wheels, while Galya learns the true fate of Lyuba's missing drugs.

They barely manages to contain their anger and not beat him right here and now, but now they wants female doctor. Bykov must act nicely to Kisegach's mother Marina; if there would be no conflicts, he would receive his bike. As the two don't come along, Bykov puts his frustration out on Anastasia whenever Marina can't see them; unfortunately, she causes him ''a lot'' of stress, cause she just can't stop mocking both himself and his competence as a doctor. Bykov decides to drop Marina on Anastasia, so he may at least work, but Kupitman reveals to him that the promise to buy him a bike may be a lie: Kisegach is prone to do such tricks to manipulate people. Bykov quits pretending and tells Marina what he really thinks about her -- and she tells him that she likes rude, but honest Bykov more than "Anastasia's pet", and promises to buy him a bike herself if he marries her daughter. It's actually a lie, too, but Bykov just decides to buy a bike himself, without waiting for anyone's favours.

Phi's patient is a girl from [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Caucasus North Caucasus]], with three overly protective brothers who sees even him asking her to undress as harassment. They insists on female doctor, but Phil knows only Varya, who quickly gets scared away by said brothers' behaviour. He tries to ask Gleb and Semyon for help, but they decides to not take such risks. And neither is Kupitman. Ultimately, Phil just tells the brothers that their sister has bronchitis and if they wouldn't let him in, she may die; this actually convinces them.

Gleb and Semyon brings the wheels from Gleb's car into the hospital (Gleb has some problems back home and needs to hide them somewhere for a time). Meanwhile, Lyuba just lost some drugs under mysterious circumstances. Varya overhears Gleb's conversation with Semyon, and remembers that Gleb commonly calls the round-shaped pills "the wheels"; she tells Lyuba that the pills were likely stolen by Romanenko. When Lyuba orders the interns to bring "the wheels" back, they, not realising what she's talking about, brings the wheels from Gleb's car, which Lyuba takes as them being already high. Only then they realises that they're talking about entirely different "wheels". Fortunately, Galya finds the lost drugs in another hospital: they had borrowed some, but forgot to warn her. Romanenko and Lobanov starts moving the wheels out, but gets busted by Bykov. Fortunately, he punishes them lightly, and even lets to keep the wheels here until they deals with the problem.

Then Phil tries to involve Kupitman, who outright calls him out on not warning beforehand that he must help with something ''so'' dangerous. * ManipulativeBastard: Kupitman warns Bykov that Kisegach is prone to give empty promises to manipulate people into doing what she wants -- like promising Bykov a new MRT, or promising Gleb an exotic vacation once he graduates (she refused to fulfil it on the basis that "you're a big boy and shouldn't demand such things"). Her promising Bykov a bike if he plays along with her wishes is likely another one. Bykov goes to Marina and just tells her what he really thinks, only for her to tell that she likes the real Bykov more, for having a balls to do as ''he'' wants rather than playing "Anastasia's pet", and promise to buy him a bike herself if he marries her daughter. When asked by Anastasia, Marina reveals that it was a lie, too... but then Bykov reveals that he didn't believe Marina and just did everything by himself.

Bykov must act nicely to Kisegach's mother, Marina, so he would receive his bike if theres wouldn't be any more conflicts. To deal with frustration, he shouts on Anastasia any time when Marina is not around. And he has a good reason to be frustrated, because she constantly mocks him and even accuses to be a bad doctor when he bring her to their hospital. When he realised what he is close to outright killing her, Bykov offered to bring her to Kisegach, so he can work by himself. And then Kupitman reveal to him what new bike is yet another Anastasia's empty promise to force him to do as she wants. Just as she promised him new MRT. Just as she promised Gleb vacation on expensive resort to motivate him with study... only to reject him in the end because "he is too big boy to demand something like this from her" when he reminded her about her promise. Bykov decided to stop pretending and tell Marina what he really thinks about her... only to her to tell him what she likes him more as hard, straight-to-the-point man, than "Kisegach's pet", and promised him bike he wants on condition what he would marry Anastasia. Which, as she later revealed to her daughter, was a lie, too. And ''then'' Bykov reveal what he used those money he found in the morning to buy bike by himself.

He then asked Kupitman (whom patient's brothers let in because "grandpa is not dangerous"), but once he realised in which situation Phil almost dragged him, he instantly rejected (and tell them about his amorous conquests, to both cut any possibility for Phil to continue bothering him, and to disprove "harmless grandfather" accusations, which he considers to be insulting. When everything else failed, Phil decided to simply press them into accepting him, with threats of possible dire consequences of wasting time on searching for "new doctor", while she is seriously ill (she has bronchitis).

Fortunately for Lyuba, nurse Galya found lost drugs in another hospital's department, they borrowed some for their needs, but forgot to warn her. * KavorkaMan: When caucasians accused him to be "harmless grandpa" (they previously rejected Phil on the ground of him "harassing" their sister, when he asked her to undress for examination) because of his age, Kupitman felt obligated to not only refuse to help Phil (who never warned him in [[TheDreaded what]] he almost got Kupitman involved), but also to tell them about his amorous conquests, because he considered this to be insulting.
* LikeMotherLikeDaughter: Anastasia lied to Gleb (and later Bykov) by promising them rewards she would never give them to force them to comply. Marina tried the same tactic in order to force Bykov into marrying Anastasia; he does not fall for it again.
* NeverMyFault: Kisegach several times promised Gleb vacancy on expensive resort to motivate him when he studied in medical university, only to each time "failing" to fulfil those promises (and promise him something else "next time"). When he finally graduated, she [[WantsAPrizeForBasicDecency accused him of being childish for demanding something like this]], instead of simply recognise what it was motivational lie. He, of course, punished them with night shifts, [[PetTheDog but let them hide wheels here for a time]], on condition what they would be sterilised (this is hospital, after all).
* ObnoxiousInLaws: Marina is ''very'' harsh to Bykov and criticises every his step, did and aspect of his life (including his attempts to please her, because they interfere with his duties as doctor; speaking about it, he is late on work on full hour because he attempted to make an excursion for her). Unfortunately, he must tolerate her, because Anastasia promised him new bike for his sufferings.
* OutOfContextEavesdropping: Varya overheard Gleb's and Semyon's conversation about ''wheels". They meant car wheels, but she think what they speak about drugs (Lyuba just lost some not long ago under mysterious circumstances). Them specifically mentioning Lyuba (with whom they "can negotiate") and Bykov (who would probably kill them if finds out) not helps matters.

gets scared by them and refuses to help Phil.
* ImagineSpot: When Marina go goes too far in mistreating him, Bykov imagined imagines how he strangled strangles her to deal with stress.
* KavorkaMan: When caucasians accused Caucasians accuses him to be a "harmless grandpa" (they previously rejected Phil on the ground of him "harassing" their sister, when he asked her to undress for examination) because of his age, Kupitman felt feels obligated to not only refuse to help Phil (who never warned him in [[TheDreaded what]] what kind of situation]] he almost got Kupitman involved), but also to tell them about his amorous conquests, because he considered considers this to be insulting.
* LikeMotherLikeDaughter: Anastasia lied lies to Gleb (and later Bykov) by promising them rewards she would never give them to force them to comply. Marina tried tries the same tactic in order to force Bykov into marrying Anastasia; he does not fall for it again.
* NeverMyFault: ManipulativeBastard: Kupitman warns Bykov that Kisegach is prone to give empty promises to manipulate people into doing what she wants -- like promising Bykov a new MRT, or promising Gleb an exotic vacation once he graduates (she refused to fulfil it on the basis that "you're a big boy and shouldn't demand such things").
* MovingTheGoalposts:
Kisegach several times promised Gleb a vacancy on expensive resort to motivate him when he studied in medical university, only to each every time "failing" "fail" to fulfil those promises (and promise him something else the "next time"). When he finally graduated, she [[WantsAPrizeForBasicDecency accused him of being childish for demanding something like this]], instead of simply recognise what recognising that it was a motivational lie. She later had exactly the same problem with Bykov, only this time with MRT.
MRT. Kupitman thinks that her promise to buy Bykov a bike would end the same way.
* NoodleIncident: Gleb had ''something'' ''Something'' has happened at his in Gelb's house, which forced forcing him to temporarily move the wheels from his car into the hospital (with Semyon's help). When Bykov busted busts them, he tried tries to explain, but quickly gave gives up and simply say says "who cares", with which Bykov agreed. He, of course, punished them with night shifts, [[PetTheDog but let them hide wheels here for a time]], on condition what they would be sterilised (this is hospital, after all).
agrees.
* ObnoxiousInLaws: Marina is ''very'' harsh to Bykov and criticises every his step, did and aspect of his life (including his attempts to please her, because they interfere interferes with his duties as a doctor; speaking about it, which, he is late on work on by a full hour because he attempted to make an excursion for her). Unfortunately, he must tolerate her, because Anastasia promised him a new bike for his sufferings.
if he endures.
* OutOfContextEavesdropping: Varya overheard overhears Gleb's and Semyon's conversation about ''wheels". the "wheels". They meant means the car wheels, but she think what they speak thinks that they're speaking about drugs (Lyuba just lost some not long ago under mysterious circumstances). Them specifically mentioning Lyuba (with whom they "can negotiate") and Bykov (who would probably kill them if finds out) not helps matters.
only adds to Varya's version.
* PetTheDog: While he still punishes him and Lobanov with a night shift, Bykov allows Gleb to keep the wheels in the hospital (if he sterilises them -- it's the hospital, after all) until whatever problem which caused him to move them here resolves.
* TheQuietOne: Of three caucasian brothers, middle one is always quiet, while the other two are always overly emotional. But when Phil finally insists that he ''must'' examine their sister, since she has a serious illness and it may become worse if he would waste time, he is the one to say to other two brothers that Phil is right (they goes silent from shock).
* StepfordSmiler: Bykov acts just sickingly nice around Marina (it was condition under which (if he would receive his nice, Anastasia would buy him a bike), despite her acting ''very'' hostile to him... and then put puts his frustration out on Anastasia, because condition was to act nicely to Marina, [[ExactWords not her daughter]]. daughter. When Bykov realised what Kysegah realises that Kisegach just fooled him into compliance with empty promises (she is good at that), he decided decides to stop pretending and tell Marina how he really feels about her.

Phil's patient is girl from [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Caucasus North Caucasus]]... with her overly protective brothers who consider his order to undress to be harassment, and barely managed to calm down and not beat him here and now; but they demand female doctor. Only such doctor he knows is Varya. This plan failed immediately because they simply scared her. Phil tried to ask Gleb and Semyon for help, and they suggested him to be more aggressive (it's them who asked for help, not Phil, so beggars can't be choosers)... only to immediately and quietly back out when they realised what caucasians are involved.

Gleb and Semyon bring wheels from his car into hospital (Gleb had some problems back home and need to hide them somewhere for a time). Meanwhile, Lyuba just lost some drugs under mysterious circumstances, so, when Varya overheard their conversation, she instantly suspected them (what else those "wheels" may be, after all? plus, she heard herself how Gleb used that word in this context before), and tell so to Lyuba. Now Lyuba demands them to bring "wheels" to her... and they comply, despite not knowing ''why'' she needs those car wheels. When Lyuba have seen this, she predictably accused them on being high on "wheels" already... and only ''then'' they realise what they speak about different wheels altogether. Fortunately for Lyuba, nurse Galya found lost drugs in another hospital's department, they borrowed some for their needs, but forgot to warn her. Unfortunately for guys, Bykov busted them before they managed to move wheels back -- which was just what they feared most. Fortunately, he punished them lightly, and even let to hide those wheels.

!! This episode provides examples of:
* ChekhovsGun: Those money Bykov found in the beginning of the episode (he mentioned them in discussion with Kupitman about Kisegach being quite rich just because she has nothing to spend those money on)? He later used them to buy bike by himself when he realised what both Anastasia and Marina manipulated him with empty promises.
* TheDreaded: Caucasians have bad reputation for their [[HotBlooded explosive temperament]] and [[SeriousBusiness very protective nature towards their women]] (sometimes to the point they may injure you), so when they realised what they are behind Phil's problems, Gleb and Semyon instantly abandoned Phil, despite previously suggesting to be "more aggressive" and show them their place. Then Phil tried to involve Kupitman, who outright call him out on not warning beforehand what he must help with something so dangerous. Since alternative is to warn Bykov (whom he is afraid even more), he has no choice but to insist what he ''must'' examine their sister, for her own good. This worked, and they allowed him to proceed.
* ExactWords:
** Bykov only promised to Kisegach to act nicely to her mother; not Anastasia herself. [[StepfordSmiler So, when he is not forced to play nice and friendly host, he puts his frustration with Marina on her]].
