Gleb, Semyon and Phil must move to new apartment... but now, there are two rooms for them three. Interns must decide who would take a separate room, with the other two sharing a second one. Since no one can convince the other two that he must live separately, they chose to search for other ways to decide. When money flipping fails, they chose to ask Bykov to judge them. Bykov, of course, uses their professional skills as criteria, and tasks them with treating their patients; who would succeed first, would receive a separate room. When Phil wins the first round (be first to treat the patient), while Semyon botches it completely, but Gleb tries to claim that the room should belong to him: "the best one should live with worst one, and help him" (which makes Lobanov angry). Bykov announces the second round: floor cleaning; this time, it's Semyon who wins. And the last round is to give Bykov the best gift, which Gleb wins by giving Bykov a cool mobile game. Realising that there's a draw, Bykov orders interns to sit, and gives the room to Lobanov, who sits separately.

David feels uncomfortable about Varya discussing their relationship with Lyuba, and Varya starts suspecting that he hates her, for some reason. This hostility is mutual, since Lyuba dislikes him in turn. Lyuba, when pressed, tell Varya a story about one young nurse (who was in love with David) who got drunk on a party, and David took her with him; Lyuba has no information how it ended, but soon after that, the nurse quit her job, and she thinks that it's related. Since then, she hates David. But David has completely different view on the same events, which shows ''Lyuba'' in bad light. When Varya learns about this, she suggests to help and stop their three years-long hatred.

Kisegach wants to speak with Kupitman, as friend with a friend, but he has no time: one private clinic invites Kupitman to work for them, with much better salary. Kisegach agrees to raise his salary, but that clinic is not so easy to give up and offers Kupitman more and more -- forcing him to ask for more from Kisegach. But he presses his luck too much, and eventually she refuses to provide him with anything. He decides to take the clinic's offer... only to learn that it operates in province -- which was what Kisegach had planned to warn him all along.

** At first, they're just arguing, with each intern trying to come up with arguments in his favour (or against the other two). Phil believes that since Gleb and Semyon knows each other for longer, and they're both smokers, they should live together. Gleb believes that he should live separately simply cause he's the only one who can bring girls. And Semyon... again tries to play "I served in the army" card, and, when it fails, brings up the [[HomeNudist nudist incident]] from the previous episode. Each time, the other two disagrees with such "logic".

* NonGameplayElimination: Inverted. Since Bykov has only three challenges (for three interns), and they received one victory each, Bykov was forced to use first excuse he could find to call Lobanov victor (because he was only one to sit separately).
* QuestionableConsent: Lyuba hates David after story with one (now quitted) nurse who was in love with him; she get drunk on party, and David took her with him, likely for selfish reasons. Lyuba has no confirmation, but soon after that nurse quitted. Fortunately, [[RashomonStyle thats not how story actually happened]].

* RuleOfThree: There're three rounds in Bykov's challenge to decide who of interns would receive that separate room. Unfortunately, there're also three interns, and each one wins exactly one round.
* YouDidntAsk: "Elite clinic's" agent which tries to hire Kupitman never mentions that this clinic operates in a provincial town far away from Moscow until the very end. He actually gets surprised that Kupitman has any issues with this, and feels insulted.

And Semyon's arguments: he served in army (Gleb debunked it with "so you would be comfortable in barracks-like conditions"), and he does not want to ever see naked Phil or Gleb again. Phil won (and Semyon utterly failed), after which Gleb still tried to use this as excuse for ''him'' to receive this room (so "best one" would live with "worst one" and help him raising; Lobanov [[BerserkButton doesn't take it well]]), but Bykov announced what this was only first round. Second round: who would be best cleaner? This round won Lobanov (while ''both'' Gleb and Phil failed; Phil tried to tell what cleaning duty is "lowest of the low" for doctor, but was ignored). Third round is... to give Bykov best gift until the end of they. This round won Gleb, who offered Bykov his favourite mobile game. When it becomes clear what everyone has one victory each, Bykov ordered them to sit... and Lobanov sit separately. Bykov took it as sign what ''he'' must receive separate room... because, what other option they have?

But he was too greedy and asked for more -- and more -- until Kisegach refused to provide him ''anything'' and become ''very'' angry at him. He tried to take clinic's offer... only to learn what it operates not in Moscow, but in provincial city which he has no interest in (and had he bothered to speak with Anastasia in the beginning, he would have know about that little detail beforehand).
* LetUsNeverSpeakOfThisAgain: Gleb asked Lobanov to never again mentioned [[CallBack that incident where he busted Gleb and Phil naked]].

* RashomonStyle: Lyuba and David have different view on the same events:
** Lyuba hates David after story with one (now quitted) nurse who was in love with him; she get drunk on party, and David took her with him, [[QuestionableConsent likely with intent to take advantage of her]]. Lyuba has no confirmation, but soon after that nurse quitted.
** David, actually, took that nurse just as excuse to leave that party (he never did anything to her). Why he leaved? Because [[AbhorrentAdmirer drunk Lyuba tried to hit on him]]. Her hatred is banal jealousy and resentment, and his "amoral actions" are just Lyuba's excuse.
** When Varya leaved, David reminded Lyuba what ''both'' their stories were incomplete. In fact, drunk Lyuba aggressively harassed David. They agreed to keep it hidden.
