Bykov gets asked by Kisegach to go buy some food... but he sends Alexei instead, who does everything wrong, and now Kisegach is angry. When Kisegach busts Alexei with food in the corridor, Lyosha reveals that he regularly makes errands for Bykov. Those same errands which Bykov was supposed to do for Kisegach. She invites Alexei to her office, for a little talk. While Kisegach sees nothing wrong with occasionally asking Lyosha for help, ''systematically'' dropping all the work on him (up to and including babysitting Bykov's son) is another matter. Why make Alexei do everything if they have Bykov, allegedly, a husband and father? If it would continue like this, soon Ilya would start thinking that it's ''Lyosha'' who's his father, as he spends more time with him than Bykov! Bykov agrees, on condition that Kisegach wouldn't use a babysitter. Kisegach agrees, but Bykov immediately breaks their agreement, by calling Alexei and ordering him to wear a hood to avoid being recognised.

Timur is aware that Polina now lives with Phil, and worries that Phil may "steal" her from him -- only for Phil to inform him that he feels nothing for her; it's ''her'' who tries to seduce ''him''! Unfortunately, Phil has no sex life to speak of, so unless he finds someone, quickly, he may fall to Polina's advances eventually. Timur agrees to "help" him with it, by talking with Polina himself. Timur asks Polina to stop blatantly seducing Phil just to make him envy, only to learn that Phil's subconsciousness makes everything up by itself, due to total lack of sex life, and her behaviour is anything but sexy. But Timur immediately comes up with a plan how to help Phil. That plan involves hiring a prostitute (Timur already found someone, her name is Katia), and pass her as Polina's friend, introduce her to Phil and leave them alone under any excuse, Katia would do the rest. Polina feels unimpressed by this plan at all, but it actually works out well; Phil is now drunk and happy. But then Phil tells them that he already invited Katia on another date, and she agreed...

* CouldHaveAvoidedThisPlot: Gleb thinks that there's nothing wrong with Kupitman's relationship with Lyuba -- unlike their stupid plan which they employed to deceived him, which resulted in Gleb being robbed by "a maid" whom Kupitman hired. He's also angry at Sophia, because she could have stopped all this by sharing this secret at the first signs of everything going wrong.
* GoneHorriblyWrong: Gleb almost learns about Kupitman's relationship with Lyuba, so Kupitman lies that Lyuba works as his maid. Gleb insists on hiring her for one time, either to verify this or because he genuinely needs one. Lyuba refuses, asking Kupitman to do everything by himself. Kupitman instead hires someone else to do the work -- and "a maid" whom he hired turns out to be a thief, who steals everything she could take, leaving Kupitman no choice but admit the truth. Now, Gleb knows the truth anyway... and is ''extremely'' angry at Kupitman. To add insult into injury, Gleb thinks nothing wrong about their relationship, so they had no reason to hide it from him to begin with.
* {{Hypocrite}}: {{Invoked|Trope}} by Bykov; if Bykov can't dump his errands on Alexei, why Kisegach may dump their son on a babysitter? Both are the ways to free their time for something else, but when Bykov does that, it's "cheating", and when Kisegach does that, it's perfectly normal. That Kisegach frees her time to being actually able to ''work'', while Bykov dumps everything on Alexei so he may play video games never gets brought up. And when Kisegach seemingly agrees on using babysitter's services a bit less... Bykov ''immediately'' returns to the old ways, showing that it's him who is a hypocrite in this situation.

Both are babysitter instead of staying with Ilya herself. He ignores the ways fact that Kisegach needs babysitter to free their time for something else, but when her job, while Bykov does that, it's "cheating", and merely wants to have more time for playing games. And then, when Kisegach does that, it's perfectly normal. That Kisegach frees her time gives in to being actually able to ''work'', while Bykov dumps everything on Alexei so he may play video games never gets brought up. And when Kisegach seemingly his demands and agrees to cut on using babysitter's services a bit less... babysitter... Bykov ''immediately'' returns to the old ways, ''does not'' fulfil his end of agreement, again dropping all tasks on Lyosha, clearly showing that it's him who is a the only hypocrite in this situation.here is Bykov himself.

Bykov was asked by Kisegach to go buy some food... but he sent Alexei instead, who did everything wrong, and now Kisegach is angry.

Sophia suddenly visits Kupitman, nearly busting Lyuba on the kitchen. Kupitman tries to hide her -- only for Sophia to reveal that she knows everything already... and that she would keep their secret if they wish so, despite not seeing anything shame-worthy here. And then Gleb walks on them -- but Kupitman invents the lie about Lyuba working as his "personal maid".

Timur is aware that Polina now lives with Phil, and worries that Phil may "steal" her from him -- only for Phil to inform him that he feels nothing for her; it's ''her'' who tries to seduce ''him''! Unfortunately, Phil has no sex life to speak of, so unless he finds someone, quickly, he may fell to Polina's advances eventually. Timur agrees to "help" him with it, by talking with Polina himself.

After Kisegach busts Alexei with food in the corridor, he reveals that he regularly makes errands for Bykov. Those same errands Bykov was supposed to do for Kisegach. She invites Lyosha to her office, for one little talk...

Timur asks Polina to stop blatantly seducing Phil just to make him envy -- only to learn that Phil's subconscious made everything up by itself, due to total absence of sex life, and her behaviour was anything but sexy. But Timur already has a plan how to help Phil.

Gleb suddenly tries to hire Lyuba as a maid for himself. When she refuses, he asks Kupitman how much he pays her. When Kupitman refuses to answer, Gleb start asking how idea to hire Lyuba even came up -- which Kupitman again refuses to answer.

While Kisegach sees nothing wrong with occasionally asking Lyosha for help, ''systematically'' dropping all the work on him (up to and including babysitting Bykov's son) is another matter. Why Alexei does everything, if they have Bykov -- allegedly, a husband and father? If it would go this way, soon Ilya would start thinking it's ''Lyosha'' who's his father -- because he spends more time with him than actual father!

Knowing that Gleb wouldn't leave them alone, Kupitman asks Lyuba to play along and work (just one time!) as Gleb's maid, to reinforce their cover story. Lyuba was offended by this whole plan right from the start, but reluctantly agreed... only to then give Kupitman the keys from Gleb's apartments: if there's "nothing wrong with it", as Kupitman claims, then why he can't do it himself?

Timur has an idea how to distract Phil from Polina; he and Polina would hire a prostitute (called Katia) whom Timur has hired, pass her as Polina's friend, introduce her to Phil, and then leave under the first excuse they could find, leaving Katia to do the rest. Naturally, Polina was not impressed by this plan at all.

Kupitman, not being happy with Lyuba's take on the plan at all, hires a ''real'' maid instead. She insists on being given three hours to do all the work, but Kupitman only gives her two.

If Bykov wouldn't dump his errands on Alexei, Kisegach wouldn't use a babysitter. Looks fair? Somehow, this actually convinces Kisegach, who agrees to cut up a bit on using babysitter, so she would spend more time with her son. Bykov in turn agrees to stop abusing Alexei... only to immediately call him and warn about his new task, and that he should wear a hood to avoid being recognised.

The rest of Kupitman's plan involves Lyuba saying that she would never again work for Gleb, because he made a total mess out of his house, and it's too disgusting. Unfortunately, when they return, Kupitman realises that the "maid" he hired has robbed Gleb and Sophia (also making a ''real'' mess in process)! After that, they had no other option than told the truth -- after which it turns out that Gleb, unlike Alexei, thinks nothing about their relationship; he is much more concerned with things like, you know, being robbed.

Timur's plan with Katia seemingly works out well, with Phil now being drunk and happy... but, to everyone's surprise, turns out that he already invited her for another date -- and she agreed!

Unfortunately, when they returned, return, Kupitman realised what realises that the "maid" he hired has robbed Gleb and Sophia (also making a ''real'' mess in process)! After that, they had no other option than told the truth -- after which it turns out what that Gleb, unlike Alexei, thinks nothing about their relationship; he is much more concerned with things like, you know, being robbed.

Timur's plan with Katia seemingly work works out well, with Phil now being drunk and happy... but, to everyone's surprise, turns out what that he already invited her for another date -- and she agreed!

* CouldHaveAvoidedThisPlot: Gleb thinks what there's nothing wrong with Kupitman's relationship with Lyuba -- unlike their stupid plan they employed to deceived him, which resulted in Gleb being robbed by "maid" Kupitman hired. He's also angry at Sophia, because she could have stopped all this by sharing this secret at first signs of everything going wrong.
* GoneHorriblyWrong: Gleb almost learned about Kupitman's relationship with Lyuba, so he lied what Lyuba works as his maid. Gleb insisted on hiring her for one time, either to verify this or because he genuinely needs one. Lyuba refused, asking Kupitman to do everything by himself. Kupitman, in Bykov's best traditions, hired someone else to do the work -- and "maid" he hired turns out to be thief, who stole everything she could by herself, leaving Kupitman no choice but admit the truth. Now, Gleb knows the truth anyway... and is ''extremely'' angry at Kupitman. To add insult into injury, Gleb thinks nothing wrong about their relationship, so they had no reason to hide it from him to begin with.
* {{Hypocrite}}: {{Invoked|Trope}} by Bykov; if Bykov can't dump his errands on Alexei, why Kisegach may dump their son on babysitter? Both are the ways to free their time for something else, but when Bykov does that, it's "cheating", and when Kisegach does that, it's perfectly normal. What Kisegach frees her time to being actually able to ''work'', while Bykov dumps everything on Alexei so he may play videogames was never brought up. And when Kisegach seemingly agreed and cut up a bit usage of babysitter... Bykov ''immediately'' returned to the old ways, showing what it's him who is hypocrite in this situation.
* InsaneTrollLogic: Hiring babysitter (so you may work) and dumping any and all errands on someone else (so you may play games) are totally equal in Bykov's eyes.

* SeamlessSpontaneousLie: What Lyuba does in Kupitman's house? She is his personal maid! This so un-romantic version works with [[{{Jerkass}} Kupitman's character so well, Gleb didn't question it.

** Sophia was aware about Kupitman's relationship with Lyuba since the day she accidentally overheard them, but realised by herself what they're trying to keep it secret, so she played along, despite not seeing anything wrong with it.
** Gleb (who learned about Kupitman's relationship with Lyuba after Kupitman's ridiculous plan imploded) agreed to keep the secret as long as Kupitman would compensate for everything the "maid" Kupitman hired stole. Which is a lot.

** Yes, Timur hired a prostitute, but this isn't the usual way he solves his problems -- in fact, [[ADateWithRosiePalms he needs no one for it!]] Why are you laughing?..
* WhamLine: When Kupitman tried to fool Sophia what he is sick (so she wouldn't ask weird questions and would leaver early), and pretended to sneeze, she told him to "be healthy"... and then repeated the same for Lyuba (who isn't even in the same room), showing to Kupitman (and confirming tor audience) what yes, she's aware of their relationship.

* RashomonStyle: Phil's version of events: Polina blatantly tries to seduce him with [[MissFanservice almost erotic underwear and coats, seductive talking, massage, etc]]. Polina's version of events: she dresses and talks completely mundane, and instead of massaging him on the morning she just kicks him to awake him. This difference of perspective was caused by Phil not having ''any'' sex for several months and being overly sensitive, so his mind just starts deceiving him.
