What Nora doesn’t mention is that she has a device that is putting them into her system that she can turn off whenever she wants, which would allow her to travel through time.

After Wally has the Gideon of the Waverider run some tests on Nora’s blood, it’s revealed they can't help since Nora's body is contaminated with Negative Tachyons which means she can't use ''any'' kind of time travel.
