* BittersweetEnding: Timmy's attempts to keep Trixie from reading his love letter end up being AllForNothing when she ends up receiving it in person, and while she ends up kicking him out of the school dance because of the comparison between her and Timmy's mom, Trixie ends up being overall flattered by the letter, with Timmy ultimately happy with the result.

* BrickJoke: Timmy attempts to write a letter inviting Trixie to a school dance, but his parents and fairies all take turns changing it to the point of it becoming both romantic and threatening (or "threat-mantic"). Timmy doesn't want to send it in this embarrassing state and tries to retrieve it when his dad sends it anyway. By the time it finally reaches Trixie, she is ''actually flattered'' by the context and would happily date him... [[YankTheDogsChain if not for the comparison between her Timmy's mom]].
