* SinsOfOurFathers: The mob is after Gordon's youth center because her father was a sleazy mobster who helped rip off a shipment of gold and then sold out his allies to the cops, stashing the gold away somewhere on the property his daughter inherited and built her youth center on. It's made clear she never realized just what sort of man her father really was, and she's very hurt to find out.

* ArtisticLicenseHistory: Hulk Hogan and B.A. supposedly met in Vietnam when one of them saved the other from mortar fire outside Da Nang. In real life, Hulk Hogan never served in the military, and was never in Vietnam. He was only 2 years old when the war started, and when the US officially withdrew from Vietnam in 1973 he was living in Florida, playing bass guitar for a series of small-time rock bands.

* WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes: A RunningGag throughout the episode; Hulk teasingly mentions B.A.'s fear of flying and B.A. retorts that everyone is afraid of something. He spends at least two scenes firing questions at Hulk about things he might be afraid of, with Hulk denying each one.

* YouOweMe: Hulk Hogan met B.A. in Vietnam when B.A. was knocked unconscious by mortar fire outside Da Nang and Hogan carried him to the hospital. ...maybe. B.A. insists he was the one who saved Hogan. Hannibal figures they were both knocked out cold and someone else entirely saved them both.

Hulk Hogan calls in old friend B.A. and the rest of the team to deal with a problem in the neighborhood. A youth center Hogan supports is being pressured to sell by Mafia men for reasons nobody knows. As the A-Team investigates, they find a secret buried underground that may mean danger for the center and for Hogan.
!!This episode contains examples of the following tropes:
* BruiserWithASoftCenter: The episode portrays Hulk Hogan this way; he may be a big tough guy who likes to fight and smack people around, but he has a major soft spot for the kids of the center and Ms. Gordon, who runs it.
* GiveMeAReason: When Carter and his men threaten her and the kids who come to her center, Ms. Gordon pulls a gun out of her desk drawer and tells him to give her a reason to fire it.
* JurisdictionFriction: Decker and the FBI head spend a few minutes arguing about whose jurisdiction the A-Team is under -- the army because they're military criminals, or the FBI because they were impersonating FBI agents and were captured by the FBI. The FBI head ultimately wins the match.
* ManHug: B.A. and Hulk Hogan give each other a hug when they first see one another after the match. Seeing as they're both tough guys, it involves a lot of back-pounding.
* NoIndoorVoice: Hulk does a lot of yelling during his first scene after he gets out of the ring.
* ProWrestlingEpisode: The episode starred Hulk Hogan in a plot that made heavy use of Hogan's wrestling career (including footage from a 1984 match vs. Greg "the Hammer" Valentine, presented as legit), and featured several WWF faces as un-billed extras in a scene where they fight off that episode's villains. In the segment featuring the Hogan-Valentine match, the ending is altered to show the bad guys entering the arena to confront and assassinate Hogan (don't worry, they're stopped in time).
* RedheadInGreen: The lady who runs the youth center is a redhead and she's introduced wearing a green jacket.
