TheTeaser for this episode consists of Thomas introducing himself and his vlog, and declaring that all other vlogs...are equally good in their own right and need to be respected as such. An airhorn sound effect plays followed by the title screen.

Thomas has discovered a very important breakthrough in his life: [[TheDitherer he is an indecisive mess.]] Well, he already knew that, but the breakthrough is possibly ''why'' he's a mess. However, in order to see if he's right, he says he's going to have to do some soul-searching. So he summons [[TheHeart Morality]], who is drinking tea and wearing a cat onesie.

Thomas asks why Morality is wearing a onesie, and Morality says that he wasn't ready; normally Morality appears of his own accord. Thomas asks him to change, as he's only half of who he needs to talk to. Thomas summons [[TheStoic Logic]] next...[[NotSoAboveItAll also wearing a onesie.]] Logic insists he can explain, but Thomas says there's no need and just asks him to change. He does, and Morality follows suit.

Onesie shenanigans taken care of, Thomas goes on to explain that the reason Logic and Morality have been summoned is because they need to address an issue. Logic says that Thomas is fine, but Morality tells Logic to let Thomas finish his thought. Logic insists that objectively, Thomas is fine. They continue going back and forth until they're talking over each other, Thomas unable to get a word in until he shouts for them both to be quiet and listen to him, saying that this arguing was the exact issue he was trying to address.

Thomas turns his attention to Morality, telling him that he embodies a bit more than just Morality; he also appears to have Thomas' deep emotions and empathy. Thomas then turns to Logic, telling him that along with his logical thinking, Logic also represents a deep interest in how things work, and efficiency seems to be a priority for him. Thomas goes on to tell Logic and Morality that they seem to work against each other. A lot. The two aspects disagree with Thomas, but Thomas tells them that at any critical junction in his life, he's always split between what Logic and Morality think is the best option.

Morality asks why he thinks he and Logic are at fault, especially when Anxiety is always getting him down. Logic also suggests that Creativity is an issue, as he has dreams that are delusional and unrealistic. Thomas tells them that Anxiety and Creativity are different problems, saying that his heart and his mind argue so much it exhausts him. Logic asks if Thomas can provide some examples. [[{{Montages}} He does.]]

We cut to Thomas on the phone talking to a friend, who asks if he can help them move house. Morality tells him to say yes, as they would do the same for him and they're already such a good friend. Logic tells him to say no and reminds Thomas that he already has two things going on that day and three the next; he needs optimal sleep and rest to get everything done. Logic and Morality begin arguing, leaving Thomas confused and with no clear answer. We briefly cut back to the present, where Morality admits he and Logic may have been slightly confusing, but Logic says it's still not enough data to really say.

Cut to Thomas looking at a webpage for a dog shelter. Morality tells him to adopt the dogs, because they need a good home, he doesn't know what will happen if he doesn't adopt them [[HeroesLoveDogs and they're just so darn cute!]] Logic, on the other hand, tells Thomas to think more realistically and asks Thomas if he thinks he's capable of looking after one -- let alone multiple -- dogs. Morality and Logic begin arguing over each other again. Back in the present, Morality concedes that Thomas might have a point, but Logic is still hesitant to admit fault.

Thomas looks around his house and tells himself that he needs to clean up at least a little. Logic points at a stack of papers and tells Thomas that they can be thrown out, to Morality's dismay.

-->'''Morality:''' Those are his notes and writings from when he was ''thirteen'', Logic!
-->'''Logic:''' They're useless now, Morality! Do you want him to be a hoarder for the rest of his life?
-->[Morality and Logic continue arguing over each other while Thomas growls in frustration]

Logic finally admits Thomas is right, and Morality apologises, explaining he had no idea they were doing that. Thomas admits that he understands why they do it; they're just looking out for him. Unfortunately, [[TruthInTelevision as most parents and teachers do,]] they have conflicting interests on what the child (Thomas, in this case) needs most.

Logic asks Thomas if there's a solution to this problem, and Thomas says the only thing they can do is learn to compromise. Thomas tells Morality that he always tells Thomas to do what's right and to do the most good in this world he possibly can. However, sometimes Thomas ends up spreading himself too thin and putting others before himself. Thomas concedes that sometimes it's necessary, but he still needs to make sure to take time for himself and make sure he's doing ok.

Thomas then addresses Logic, and explains that Logic helps him prioritise and rationalise when he's feeling overwhelmed. But sometimes doing what's right doesn't serve his own needs, and inconveniencing himself slightly to help someone else is the right thing to do. Logic admits he has a lot to consider.

Morality and Logic try to come up with a comprimise for the situation where his friend was moving, saying that Thomas could have explained his situation and made it up to them another time, or cancelled one of the things he had going on that day in order to make time to help.

Logic tells Thomas that in the situation with the dogs, he could have maybe accommodated adopting one, and Morality says he could have shared the page online to see if anyone else could. Thomas agrees, happy to see his heart and mind working together, and asks about the room-cleaning scenario.

-->'''Morality:''' Buy a bigger house!
-->'''Thomas:''' Hm...
-->'''Logic:''' ...Yeah, or you could rent a storage space so you wouldn't have to throw your things away if you truely couldn't part with them.
-->'''Morality:''' Come on though, bigger house means more dogs, am I right? No? I'm getting worse?
-->'''Thomas:''' [makes a "sort of" gesture]
-->'''Morality:''' I'm sorry...

Thomas tells Morality it's ok, since they're still making progress. Sure, Morality and Logic will probably disagree many more times in the future, but it's ok. If there's one thing they can agree upon, it's that they both [[BrickJoke enjoy onesie pyjamas.]]

TheStinger features Morality and Logic in their onesies, agreeing that they're very soft and secure and generally nice to wear. Morality says they're the best for taking a nap in.

-->'''Logic:''' Don't you mean a little...[[IncrediblyLamePun cat nap?]]
-->'''Morality:''' ...Did you just make a dad joke?
-->'''Logic:''' Um. No? I did not mean to--
-->'''Morality:''' [stage whispering] ''I am so proud!''
-->'''Logic:''' [[YourApprovalFillsMeWithShame Please don't be proud. Or tell anyone.]]
