* {{Exposition}}: This episode gives us a full explanation of the Gerald Fitzgerald/Kingpin story, told via flashback, narrated by Thester. As it turns out, Fitz is actually a good guy. He used to be a heroic cop in Chicago until one day, when he faced off against a criminal known as The Kingpin. The Kingpin caused an explosion that killed himself and all of the hostages that Fitz was trying to save. The only survivor was Fitz but he got PTSD from the incident, which, on top of his already existing multiple personality disorder, caused him to develop an alternate persona, which was a copy of The Kingpin, who would overtime, take over his body until the events of "Christmas in Paradise", when he completely dominated Fitz.
