They track the Dagger's hiding place with Arthur showing up, taking the Dagger and boasting of how he'll use it to kill Merlin and become a great king. At which point, Snow reveals the dagger is a fake, Charming arrives to reveal he overheard Arthur's entire rant, and they now know exactly who to trust.
