Graham tells his fellow Flag Fighters about the HRL's failed attempt to capture the Gundams. Billy and Eifman discuss the GN particles generated by the Gundams' solar drives. Billy wonders why someone as brilliant as Aeolia would want to accomplish something as unrealistic as ending war. Eifman speculates that its a warning to humanity not to bring the seeds of war into space.
Allelujah thinks about his fight with Soma and realizes Soma is a supersoldier just like he is. Allelujah is disgusted that the supersoldier project is still active. Hallelujah tells Allelujah that the supersoldier project promotes conflict and therefore it is Celestial Being's responsibility to destroy it. Allelujah goes to Sumeragi's quarters and tells her about his past and the supersoldier project.
Saji finally manages to win over Louise's mother with his cooking skills. Kinue discovers that several scientists who were associated with Aelia vanished 200 years ago. Sumeragi sends Setsuna and Lockon to intervene in a border conflict in South Africa. During this intervention, Allelujah will go to the HRL colony Quanqiu and destroy the supersoldier project Institute.
Tieria takes on Quanqiu's defenders while Allelujah brings Kyrios into the colony. Allelujah hears the screams of the Institute's victims. Allelujah hesitates: destroying the Institute will kill the child supersoldiers within. Hallelujah offers to take over, but Allelujah ultimately destroys the Institute himself. Sumeragi proceeds to leak the Institute's existance to the media.
Sergei meets with the representative from the Institute and has him arrested and the Institute shut down for covering up the fact that Kyrios' pilot was a product of the Institution. Allelujah goes to Sumeragi's quarters and has a drink with her.
