Even though Makoto has been freed from Necrom’s possession, relief is fleeting as his real body is still being held in the Ganma World. Makoto resolves to take care of this problem himself but Takeru disagrees and offers to help him. In order for Takeru to travel to the Ganma World, which he had briefly seen before, Akari, Onari, and the Illustrator Ganma must work together.
Meanwhile, a new supernatural phenomenon envelops the city as people are swallowed up by blue flames. While worried about Makoto, Takeru can’t ignore innocent civilians in trouble. When he arrives at the crime scene, Takeru comes face to face with an unusual Ganma.
