Mu. He's a homage to the Shocker Great Leader, and voiced by Tomokazu Seki, who has voiced the Great Leader ever since the death of original voice actor Goro Naya. It's not clear if he and the lead monster (the Great Leader as seen in the Game World in an Ex-Aid team-up, also voiced by Seki in ''this'' special but not originally) are the same guy.
