Felix wakes up one morning and turns on his radio, hearing the news about J. Wellington Flub, wealthy billionare, is offering 100,000$ for the rare Jubilee Dime, only two of which are in existence, one of which is in a burglar proof safe of the 17th National Bank. Meanwhile, Professor has been listening to the same broadcast, and wakes up Rock to help him steal the dime. Felix then goes to his job to collect dimes from vending machines, using his Magic Bag to help him. Professor and Rock hide behind the pillars of the bank and use a skeleton key to open it early before 10 o clock. They make it inside to the safe, but it doesn't open until 10 o clock either. Professor simply turns the clock hand and springs open the vault door. Professor eyes the jubilee dime, and orders Rock to give him a dime to swap it. Professor and Rock take the real dime, plant the fake one, and rush outside, only to crash into Felix, scattering his collected dimes all over the street. Professor pokes his head out of the pile, and Rocks asks if he has the rare dime, and Professor realizes he lost it in the pile. Felix overhears how they stole the rare dime, and Professor and Rock escort Felix to the lab to help him find it. Felix finds it, but Professor promptly ties him to a tree since he knows too much, and they hijack the Magic Bag in its vehicle form, driving Felix to the pier to drop him and the Magic Bag in the ocean.

Felix notices water leaking into the box he's trapped in as the bag drifts into the ocean. Felix then turns his Magic Bag of Tricks into a submarine from the inside out. Felix makes it to shore, but Professor and Rock are already on their way to J. Wellington Flub to give him the dime--only for Rock to see a popcorn machine, with Professor foolishly handing him the Jubilee Dime, with Rock putting the dime into it. Professor faints, but the coin return sends the dime back out to them. Rock tries it again, but it comes back out again, and Professor stops him from doing it a third time. Professor and Rock pass by a carnival, where a familiar cat in disguise has a gun game to try for a dime. Rock asks for a dime, and Professor once again hands Rock the Jubilee Dime by mistake. Felix takes off into a funhouse, and Professor and Rock chase him inside. After some hijinks, Felix finds the exit is locked, and a guard shows up asking for a dime to exit. Felix hands it over, but it turns out Professor was in a typical disguise, and he runs off with the dime. They call up J. Wellington on a pay phone, and he says he'll have the money ready--but Professor realizes he used the dime to make the call. Professor batters the phone to try and get the time, but find out they're surrounded by cops, with Felix standing beside them. Professor and Rock are arrested, and Felix ends up getting both Jubilee Dimes at once, laughing as the cartoon irises out.

* PlotHole: Professor and Rock are able to exploit the Magic Bag's vehicle form to throw Felix and it into the water, even though it's been established numerous times in previous episodes that the Magic Bag will never obey or work for Professor.
