A Cuban man, Esteban Hernandez (Omar Avila), risks his life, almost drowning at sea, so that his wife, Marina (Mercedes López Renard) can see Dr. House.

Dr. House seems strangely disinterested in this patient who traveled a thousand miles to see him. Dr. Wilson catches House observing Dr. Foreman's farewell party.
