HTF Breaks are a series of short Happy Tree Friends episodes, going for around a minute each. Almost every short takes place in a movie theater. Most of them were aired during the show's 2010-2011 {{hiatus}}.

* OffModel: The characters have a much stretchier vibe to them and they all use their older Season 1 and 2 designs rather than their TV series design (see TheShelfOfMovieLanguishment entry below for how that happened).

* TheShelfOfMovieLanguishment: The Breaks were completed in 2005 (the characters are all in their older Season 1 and 2 designs, which were current as of 2005) and were set for airing as filler material on Creator/{{G4TV}}, but they were rejected by the network. The first Breaks were released on the HTF website in 2008, and by 2011, all of the Breaks had been made publicly available.
