Not only does she hijack Phoebe's wedding to suit her own tastes without even consulting the bride, but she acts like Phoebe should be grateful to her despite her doing a lousy job of planning on top of taking over the wedding. The fact that so many tasks are undone on the day of the wedding and items are coming to the wrong address shows that despite her boasts, Monica's wedding planning skills have been a disaster and Phoebe would have every reason to fire her before throwing in how she's hijacked the wedding. Despite being a bridesmaid, Monica then callously laughs at the situation she caused when Phoebe isn't able to handle everything Monica had left undone. By the end, it's a wonder that Phoebe allows her to attend the wedding at all.

* BothSidesHaveAPoint: Phoebe gets more frustrated with Monica for over-complicating the wedding plans and ruining it for everybody instead of giving her the simple wedding she always wanted, and fires her for it. But then it turns out Phoebe did need Monica's high maintenance attitude to ensure the wedding went well, though she could've been nicer about it.
* DefrostingIceQueen: Monica let her wedding planning go straight to her head and Phoebe has to call her out for it. But when Phoebe hires her back, and she learns of the blizzard, she willingly drops her overcomplicated plans and gives Phoebe a simpler, much less refined wedding in the snow. Taken literally too, as she flips out at the ice sculpture melting on a steam grate. This after it was mis-delivered to her apartment building instead of the venue.
