Near the end of the episode, when Herriman is back to his normal self, he orders Bloo to put some clothes on. In TheStinger, Bloo is seen grumbling as he now has to wear a white shirt, black necktie, and brown pants that are way too big for him.

Mr. Herriman's uptight agenda for strict scheduling starts to become a nuisance to the Foster's residence, so they band a plan to make Bloo get Mr. Herriman to loosen up, which he successfully does! does and becomes a new man... er, rabbit with a hippie lifestyle and redubs himself as "Harry"! But it ends up backfiring as conditions at the home deteriorate.Harry ends up being [[{{Understatement}} a wee bit too loose]].

* ActuallyPrettyFunny: What causes Herriman to break is him laughing at Bloo getting attacked by a flock of angry chickens.

* FatalFlaw: Harry!Herriman's big flaw is his lack of responsibility. As due to him being way too loose, he's unable to help the house like Herriman did. And it even makes him not take the direness of situations (bills being overdue) seriously.
* GoneHorriblyRight: Bloo does successfully get Herriman to loosen up, but it ends up causing the house to get messier, families

* RoundHippieShades: Subverted. While he's "Harry", Herriman wear star sunglasses instead.

* WeWantOurJerkBack: Frankie outright admits Harry causes more problems than uptight Herriman.

!!This episode provides examples of:
* BlackComedy: Coco's plan to deal with Herriman is mentioned to be illegal by Eduardo and Frankie. While it's unclear what Coco's plan was, her picking up a baseball bat implies what she was planning.
* DisproportionateRetribution: Herriman nearly allowed Bloo to get adopted all because Mac was ''ten minutes late''.
* JerkassHasAPoint: Bloo is right to call out Herriman that he takes everything too seriously when he even takes an ''expression'' he said - Bloo saying he'll make Herriman will have fun even if it kills him - seriously.
* NegatedMomentOfAwesome: Just as Bloo manages to properly have the ball hit the paddle, Herriman confiscated the paddle-ball due to being so uptight.
* OnlySaneMan: Mac, Frankie, Wilt, Eduardo and Coco are the only ones who are aware of the deteriorating conditions at Foster's.
* TalkingInYourSleep: Frankie does this not once but twice when she has, err, fantasy dreams about action star Rod Tango.
