Fraser and Kowalski investigate a murder, which soon leads them to a smuggling operation courtesy of Fraser Sr.'s rival, Holloway Muldoon. There, they stumble upon the real Ray Vecchio. Fraser recognizes his old partner and blows his cover in the process. They all pursue Muldoon to an airfield but he manages to escape by clinging onto the fuselage.
