* TheBusCameBack: For his second appearance since "Sky Pirates...in the Sky!", Don Karnage joins Glomgold's LegionOfDoom.

* CharacterDevelopment: Della realizes that Louie's schemes in of themselves aren't bad and they can be used to positive ends that help the family rather than put them in danger.

* GoToYourRoom: Louie is grounded on his room and isn't allowed to participate in more adventures. To make sure he doesn't escape when they are gone, Della gets a robot from Gyro to make sure he stays in there.

* LaserGuidedKarma: As a result of his time-traveling meddling in the previous episode, Louie is forbidden to going into an adventure with the family, in this case an adventure that he would enjoy as it's to a outdoor park where the family can just relax and take in the sights.

* LiteralMetaphor: Don Karnage asks Glomgold who that is under his thumb. Glomgold claims that the world will be under his thumb before he realizes that his actual thumb had been hiding Webby's face.

* NoSell: When the DT-87 tries to electify Bouncer, it bounces off of him harmlessly.

When Don Karnage says he "must be the one to strike our foe down" (meaning Dewey), Glomgold misunderstands his intentions, objecting and declaring that "I've got dibs on destroying Scrooge. It's my whole thing." before Karnage explains who he was really referring to.

* SuckECheeses: Magica de Spell is forced to work as a magician there to have an income, much to her dismay.

* LaserGuidedKarma: As a result of his time-traveling meddling in the previous episode, Louie is forbidden to going into an adventure with the family, especially an adventure he would enjoy more than others.
