Clarence uses a special jack-o-lantern to enter people's dreams, and learns that something is causing his friends to have nightmares.

!!Tropes:
* AcidRefluxNightmare: Clarence eats too much Halloween candy, giving him a stomach ache and causing him to experience bizarre dreams.
* AndYouWereThere: Clarence says this to Chad, Guyler, and Mavis after he wakes up from his dream and describes everything he experienced.
* BizarroWorld: Mavis’ dream is about everyone looking and speaking like she does, except she’s now the normal one and can’t understand them.
* CagedInsideAMonster: Balance absorbs Chad, Guyler, Mavis, and Jeremy into his body and traps them in his cage-like stomach.
* DramaticDrop: Jeremy drops the coffee mug he was drinking out of when Balance arrives. With this being a dream, the mug has returned to his hand when the camera switches back to him.
* DreamEpisode: This episode is all about Clarence exploring dreams.
* DreamWalker: Clarence learns that he can enter and interact with other people’s dreams using his “pumpkin portal”.
* DwindlingParty: Every time Clarence wakes up after traveling through another person’s dream, the person whose dream he was in has disappeared.
* GagNose: Guyler’s nose is so big that it’s the only thing Clarence can see when he puts the pumpkin portal on his face.
-->'''Clarence:''' So, what’s it like having a big nose?
* HalloweenEpisode: After trick-or-treating on Halloween, Clarence eats too much candy and has an adventure in his dreams.
* ImNotAfraidOfYou: Clarence says this to Balance, because he knows that it’s his dream and he can make it into whatever he wants.
* ImmediateSelfContradiction: Clarence is about to say “Oh man, I’m never gonna fall asleep”, but he gets cut off by doing just that.
* MaybeMagicMaybeMundane: It’s unclear if Clarence really did enter Chad, Mavis, and Guyler’s dreams or if it was AllJustADream of his own.
* NightmareOfNormality: Chad’s dream is about him working a dull office job and screwing it up, to Mary’s disappointment.
* PopCulturePunEpisodeTitle: The title is a reference to ''[[Film/ANightmareOnElmStreetPart2FreddysRevenge A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy’s Revenge]]''.
* ThePowerOfLove: The group defeats Balance by giving him a GroupHug, which causes him to melt and disappear.
* RealDreamsAreWeirder: The dreams in this episode are just as nonsensical as real life dreams tend to be.
* TrainingMontage: Clarence has one in which Jeremy teaches him how to control his dreams.
