Eddie [=LeBec=] has bailed from his marriage to Carla at the last moment, not because of all the superstitious fears they had in the last episode, but because his mother forbids it. While Carla rages in the office, Rebecca Howe starts freaking out because Evan Drake, her crush, was supposed to come to the reception. After Sam Malone strong-arms Rebecca into promising to get rid of the ugly green uniforms if he can get the wedding going again, he springs into action. Sam drags Eddie back into the bar while sending Frasier after the dress, hoping to get the superstitious couple back together.
