Bandit has taken Bluey to the park, where she's trying to ride a bike but having trouble. He offers to help her, but she refuses despite her struggles. She then gets off her bike and sits by the bench, sulking that it's unfair how she's having so much trouble learning and declaring that she'll never ride it again.
Then, Bingo comes along and tries to drink out of a drinking fountain, but she's too short. She tries climbing to reach it, but then the fountain turns off. Meanwhile, Bentley tries to use the monkey bars, but she's also too short, and Muffin tries to put a backpack on but she also has trouble.
The other three girls try again -- Bingo tries climbing to the water again, Bentley tries jumping to reach the monkey bars, and Muffin tries spinning to get the backpack on -- but they all fail and Muffin throws a tantrum over it.
Then, Bentley tries jumping again, but it doesn't work, and much like Bluey with her bike, she gets angry that she can't learn straight away. Bingo again fails to reach the water, making her sad. Bluey wants to go to help her, but Bandit holds her back.
Then, the three girls in the park stop sulking and decide to try again, this time in different ways. Muffin crawls on her back and slides into the backpack, Bentley climbs to reach the monkey bars, and Bingo holds down the button on the drinking fountain until it overflows, then laps up the puddle on the ground. Bluey is thus inspired to try her bike again.
