Jenny takes on a second job to help pay for Violet's art school tuition.
to:
Wayne also has an idea for making money to help pay for Violet to go to art school: he buys two ostriches, one of which will lay eggs which Wayne will sell to the tune of thousands of dollars a year, according to his calculations. Trouble is, both ostriches are male.
When Louise (Emily Spivey), the owner of the Last Supper, learns that Jenny's working at Bud's, Jenny's fired. Jenny decides to strip after all, but in a classy manner. She gets no money at all from the customers, who are very annoyed by her unwillingness to take off her clothes.
By luck, Jenny catches Louise at the strip joint. Apparently Louise allows her husband to come to the place. Louise suggests Jenny still has a job at the Last Supper, in exchange for not telling anyone about seeing Louise at Bud's.
Violet wins an $800 prize at an art fair, which she tells Wayne to use to buy "a lady ostrich," but Wayne insists the prize will be for Violet's tuition.
