Chris and Darryl are on the verge of release, much to the disappointment of Sharon and joy of Tracey. Whilst at prison, Sharon comes across an old school friend of hers called "Snotty Scotty", who had been sent to prison for getting into bad company. She invites him to a party, helped by the fact that Chris gets run over by a car.

Luckily Chris survives (well, unluckily in Sharon's case), and Darryl is reintroduced to his old home. However, troubles begin straight away as Darryl struggles with his new life and Tracey's development. Making matters worse, he dodges a party in favor of drinking with his mates, a problem since this puts him at risk of committing a crime. Meanwhile, Dorien has decided to use the opportunity to have sex with Jonathan now that Marcus is out of town. Apparently, he's a fan of bondage, so she's chained him to the door.

Soon Darryl returns drunk and Tracey finds tons of money with him whilst he sleeps, leading her to assume the worst. Luckily, it turns out that his old mates had just given him some money. Unfortunately, Dorien's marriage takes a turn for the worst - she's unable to get Jonathan loose before Marcus comes in.
