In the end Alice gives the buzzer back to Ryan who uses it on Marquis and then leaves Gotham to find herself.

Both involve siblings fighting each other, where one is a bat-vigilante and the other is a comic-book-style-crazy villain; the disturbed sibling has a moment of clarity; the villainous sibling's plan involves spreading chemicals from a stolen aircraft; and the heroic sibling ends up holding the other by the arm above a long drop.
