* TwoLinesNoWaiting: The subplot with Alisa seems to have nothing to do with the rest of the episode, being there to just to give Talia and Ivanova something to do (and further explore the two's relationship and conflicting views of Psi Corps). But then Ivanova's attempts to find an option for the girl besides joining, going to prison, or suffering her mother's fate leads to Alisa uncovering the truth about Branmer's missing body when meeting with Delenn. This mind-reading also makes the coda possible, which sets up for the season finale.

* DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything: Ivanova and Talia arguing about what Alisa should be doing with her life sounds eerily like parents arguing over their kids. Slips into Main/HoYay or possibly Foreshadowing territory given what happens to Ivanova & Talia's relationship later on.[[invoked]]
* DueToTheDead: Delenn and Neroon have differing ideas as to how to show it.

* TheUnreveal: Why was a piece of the Shai Alyt's robes found outside the quarters of the pak'ma'ra? Possible explanations include that it was simply lost by Delenn and her helpers (although this only works if the path from where the body was lying in state to where she hid the urn with the remains passed by those quarters), or that it was left there deliberately to frame the pak'ma'ra (except her stated intention to explain the body's disappearance as a religious mystery would seem to go against this). With neither of these possibilities fitting, it's simply left unexplained.
