Quentin Lance and the rest of Starling City finds out Oliver is the Arrow. Oliver turns himself into the police and finally Roy takes the fall for Oliver by dressing up in his green hood.

* TheAtoner: Roy discloses that on some level he wanted to get arrested because of what he did under the influence of the Mirakuru. He fully transitions into this when he sacrifices his freedom for Oliver's.

* ReedRichardsIsUseless: Ray discloses that he has developed technology that could shrink his blood clot. But it seems like he hasn't gotten around to properly testing it, even though it could potentially save thousands of lives. Probably because he's been busy developing a suit to fight crime.
