* ZeroPercentApprovalRating: Pretty much ''everyone'' hates Slater here. Even Katya who, despite working with him at the time, still sees him as useful. That is, before she learns that they are about to flood a random village along with the Chinese and Russian delegates.

* SharingABody: Both Katya and Barry fuse together into Katya's cyborg body and become "Katbar." This is meant to be taken as a strong fusion, but it's pretty messy, since it leads to a strange threesome sex with Archer. Then again, Archer doesn't seem to mind.
* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome: As it turns out, even though the Agency ''did'' save the world from another Cold War, the United Nations ''still'' vote to ban private spy agencies; not only do they have evidence of a ''lot'' more incidents where the Agency did more harm than good, but the ones who tried to restart the Cold War in the first place were ''themselves'' a private spy agency--if anything, it only reinforced their opinion that "rogue agents" without government sponsorship do more harm than good.

* TookALevelInDumbass: Cheryl has now been reduced to a complete air head who is more of a hinderance to the Agency than an asset. Even Pam lampshades this at one point, wondering if Cheryl took too many sniffs of glue.

* BittersweetEnding: The Agency foils Slater's plan for a new Cold War but fails to convince the United Nations to change their minds about banning independent spy agencies across the globe. However, thanks to Cyril's accounting, he helps a village cash out on their acquired Cryptocurrency and give everyone enough money to set them on the path for a good future (or at least leave them financially better off than they used to be) now that the Agency itself is no more. 3 months later, Lana receives a promising spy job from a joint CIA-[=MI6=] merger that involves hunting down a sneaky Archer "doing rogue espionage," who turns out to be not hiding much but will happily play the role just to bring in more spy work. Moreover, AJ finally accepts Archer as her father and goes with him to the zoo (and makes a mess of a gibbon cage). Unfortunately, while Archer has taken a lesson in maturity from the whole ordeal, his status as a "rogue spy" means he will likely forever be on the run from the government and Lana, who still carries a torch for him despite their opposing positions.

* NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist: Unlike Katya, who is part of Silver Wolf's plot in order to ensure that there is always a place for private espionage agents during the re-started Cold War, Slater reveals that he intends to use Silver Wolf and the new Cold War to monopolize ''his'' control of private spy agencies, with little to no regard for his compatriots.

* BadCommunicationKills: The Agency has been cut off from the CIA, so they didn't know Slater had turned rogue when they accepted the mission to steal the bunker buster.

** While we do see Archer, Lana, and Pam in the three months' time skip, the same cannot be said for everyone else. As such, it's unknown what happened to Cyril, Ray, or Zara. We do at least get an implication that Krieger and Cheryl are planning a collab that might lead to a moonbase staffed by werewolves.
