After playing a Monopoly-like board game, Julien, fascinated by the idea of money, decides to introduce money to the kingdom.

* AFoolAndHisNewMoneyAreSoonParted: The lemurs are all extremely poor with money and it doesn't take long before everyone is broke.
* TheGameNeverStopped: [[spoiler: Mort assumed that the money was just an extension of the board game, so once he has everything there is to own in the kingdom, he simply declares himself the winner and gives everything back as the game is now over.]]
