Often armed with a [[HollywoodSilencer High Standard HDM]] and Springfield Sniper rifle, he can [[OneManArmy wipe out entire battalions of German troops]] with these and other standard-issue US and German weapons he finds. In the event that going in guns blazing isn't an option, he can [[DressingAsTheEnemy pose as a Heer or SS officer]] to get past guard posts.
* Powell arrived in the Pantheon with one goal, to help contain the ever-growing Nazi war machine in the Pantheon, as well as provide assistance to any beleaguered Allied deities fighting against said Nazis. Similar to how the WWII-era US Marines arrived in the Pantheon, Powell arrives in a landing craft, albeit in a [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LCVP_(United_States) LCVP]] rather than an LVT like the former.
* Immediately, he switches from his Thompson to the Hi-Standard HDM, knowing full well he's in unknown, and possibly enemy, territory. From there, he sneaks his way further in, expecting German patrols.
* Eventually, he comes across a German base located deep within the Pantheon, in this case [[Pantheon/FictionalSettings Der Flakturm]], which has since been rebuilt under the orders of both [[Pantheon/{{Villains}} Johann Schmidt]] and [[Pantheon/{{War}} Wilhelm Strasse]]. Knowing full well that this base is far more massive and heavily defended than [[VideoGame/MedalOfHonor Fort Schermzen]], he decides to infiltrate the facility instead.
* Sneaking past and silently killing sentries posted just outside the tower, he eventually makes his way to the inside of the massive structure through the same sewers [[Pantheon/SoldiersAndWarriors Cpl. Boyd Travers]] used to escape, and manages to obtain a Waffen Officer's uniform from the 3rd floor of the tower. He then kills another officer and steals the latter's identification papers. While there, he also comes across the tower's floorplans, and takes it for himself, in the hopes that he can hand them over to any friendly he meets.
* Using the stolen uniform and identity papers, he manages to trick the guards into assuming he's one of their own, and manages to break into one of the tower's armories and steal a STG 44 for himself. Just as he tries to sneak further in, however, his disguise is blown when the aforementioned Deathshead sees him and immediately asks him for his identity papers. Rather than give them the papers in question, he give him a PistolWhip, and opens fire on the Waffen-SS soldiers accompanying him. With his cover blown, he decides to make a run for the exit, all the while the entire tower goes into RedAlert. He kills any and all German troops preventing him from escaping with his captured STG 44 and his own Thompson.
* Fortunately for Powell, there are friendly troops who until now had been observing the tower in the hopes of finding a way in. Among their ranks is [[Pantheon/SoldiersAndWarriors Cpl. Boyd Travers]], who had previously destroyed the tower prior to both his and the structure's ascension. He manages to cover the Lieutenant and link up with him. Relieved at the site of a friendly paratrooper, he presents the Corporal with the documents he stole. Immediately, the Corporal brings him and introduces him to [[Pantheon/MilitaryRanks Major Winters and Captain Spiers]] and [[Pantheon/{{Heroism}} Steve Rogers]].
* Astonished that the American Lieutenant was able to procure such documents, the two Airborne officers and Rogers both ask Powell to help them plan an assault on the Nazi structure, which he agrees, as long as he can work alongside Cpl. Travers.
* While the other American officers begin planning the assault on Der Flakturm, Powell decides to tour the rest of the Pantheon. In the process he comes across several deities that he more or less dislikes, thanks mainly to his experiences back in Europe.
* Among the first he comes to clashes with are the [[Pantheon/KanColle Kriegsmarine shipgirls]], particularly [[Pantheon/PhysicalAppearance U-511]], whom he [[WrongGenreSavvy immediately assumes must have a Naxos radar detector]] that she would all to willing give to the same Nazi officers he had encountered before. Not only does this prove to not be the case, but he's then proven wrong when he gets to meet her in person, who is anything but a scheming Nazi collaborator. In which case, he immediately holsters his pistol, and promptly apologizes to them for being too suspicious of the German shipgirls.
* Another deity he initially becomes wary of is [[Pantheon/{{Popularity}} Maho Nishizumi]]. But unlike the more trigger-happy Cpl. Travers, he immediately realizes that the Panzers she has are not geared towards actual combat, and decides to leave her be. He even later asks her if she has a King Tiger he can help crew.
* In contrast to some of the other deities he's working with, he doesn't find [[Pantheon/StrikeWitches the Karlslandians]] as threats, knowing that from their looks alone that they are from a completely different timeline.
* [[Pantheon/TheatricProduction Steven Spielberg]] was amazed to meet him for the first time, Powell himself being one of his creations. And because of this, as well as their mutual hatred of ThoseWackyNazis, Powell also bonds easily with [[Pantheon/{{Mindsets}} Indiana Jones]], with Powell even asking for his help on the planned assault on Der Flakturm.

* Using the stolen uniform and identity papers, he manages to trick the guards into assuming he's one of their own, and manages to break into one of the tower's armories and steal a [[RareGuns STG 44]] for himself. Just as he tries to sneak further in, however, his disguise is blown when the aforementioned Deathshead sees him and immediately asks him for his identity papers. Rather than give them the papers in question, he give him a PistolWhip, and opens fire on the Waffen-SS soldiers accompanying him. With his cover blown, he decides to make a run for the exit, all the while the entire tower goes into RedAlert. He kills any and all German troops preventing him from escaping with his captured STG 44 and his own Thompson.
