* The Bio Bomb from Prototype 2. In gameplay, it is quite the god-send. While in disguise, you can secretly place an explosive onto someone and distract surrounding soldiers and kill a few of them, allowing you to consume or explode other soldiers while no one's watching. However, it falls right into BodyHorror territory by actually turning people into tendril shooting mutants briefly before they blow up into gore. And probably the most concerning part about it is that Heller reacts with admiration rather than disgust. Yikes.
