* Oggy's morbidly mangled NightmareFace in "Face Off". [[spoiler: BigLippedAlligatorMoment Thankfully]], we don't see what it looks like, but the other characters do, and judging by their reactions, they were ''really'' horrified by the sight.

* Oggy believing that the cockroaches have suddenly grown big in "Oggy and the Giant Roaches" (pictured to the right), thanks to the binocular lenses stuck in his eyes. It's supposed to be PlayedForLaughs, but imagine if you were in the same predicament as Oggy and you were seeing ''real'' cockroaches instead of anthropomorphic ones...

* "The Ghost Hunter" starts with the cockroaches getting flattened by Oggy wielding a frying pan while hiding inside a roasted turkey, which, unlike most of their usual AmusingInjuries, actually ''kills them!'' It gets nightmare-inducing when the cockroaches' spirits emerge from their corpses, and even ''moreso'' [[spoiler:at the ending]].

Not only could ''WesternAnimation/OggyAndTheCockroaches'' be funny in all kinds of ways, it could also be scary at points.
