* Once you get to Free Play mode after you finish the game, there’s no BackgroundMusic as you play. The silence can be eerie, and it gets even more eerie when the distant bells start ringing or when the ominous drums randomly start up at some points.

* The character we are searching for in the Bluebell Mine, Stinky Fletcher? We never see him after hearing the tape recording of Rex's goons grabbing him. He's only mentioned once, just afterwards. Did Rex's men kill him to keep him quiet?

* Then there's what happens when Chase falls into water infested with sharks: one flipping leaps out of the water and devours him. It happens so quickly, it feels like it's coming out of bloody nowhere and you're only warning is that three note sting that sounds like it was right out of ''Film/{{Jaws}}.''

* Blackwell's plan in general. He intends to launch his tower into space which would, according to Chase, destroy everything within 10 blocks and quite likely kill everyone in the area. And that's not even taking into account the smoke and dust it would kick up, potentially causing any survivors to suffocate or choke to death or, at the very least, have severe lung problems for the rest of their life. Plus, any fire leftover from the rocket (and there would probably be a lot of it) would likely spread to nearby buildings that didn't get burned down, causing further destruction. In short, it's a good thing Chase got those Shield Generators up in time.
