Very little of their actions needed to be exagerated, because based on testimony from former members and victims, this is basically how a lot of the CRASH officers behaved.

First he sends CJ to kill Madd Dogg's manager, and this is accomplished by trapping him in a car and driving him into the ocean (he can't swim). Then, Loc sends CJ to break into Madd Dogg's mansion and kill his security personell to steal his rhyme book. Is it any wonder that by the time we actually catch up with Madd Dogg in Las Venturas, he's [[DrivenToSuicide preparing to jump off a roof?]]
