* Season 2 of the anime puts a horrifying twist on Ferry's backstory. Whereas in the game her isolation from the villagers was self-inflicted and she forgot her name because no one's called it in a century, in the anime she woke up in the fog someday with complete memory loss, only to realize that none of the villagers could see or hear her. When her presence is discovered by the party, she's been that way for a century: Alone, without any memories and unable to die. Though she did spend time searching for clues about her identity and learning about the Primal Beast Celeste (as well as unsuccessfully trying to summon it), her existence in complete isolation could have gone on endlessly had Gran, Lyria and co. not arrived on the island, which was only by a slim chance anyway.
