* ''Film/NoEscape1994'': [[TheHeavy Walter Marek]] is the [[FauxAffablyEvil cultured, yet savage]], leader of the Outsiders on the prison island. Keeping them savage and devoted to violence and [[ImAHumanitarian cannibalism]], Marek also forces others into [[GladiatorGames gladiator fights]] for amusement, and to keep a brutal system going. When he is humiliated before his men, he promptly kills one who questions him and heads to massacre the more peaceful Insiders. After being repelled, he later [[InvoluntaryBattleToTheDeath forces two of the heroes to fight to the death]], before attempting to slaughter the Insiders once again.

* ''Film/TheMissing2003'': The evil [[MagicalNativeAmerican Native American "witch"]] Pesh-Chidin, aka El Brujo ("The Sorcerer"), is a {{sadist}}ic murderer who leads a group of killers through the territories where he ritualistically murders those he encounters and kidnaps attractive young ladies to sell into {{sex slave}}ry in Mexico. Chidin has the women mistreated, his only concern being he fears seven is an "unlucky number, " making him opt to capture an eighth girl before they go to Mexico. When he learns a girl has killed herself thanks to the aid of another, Chidin restrains himself from beating the girl only because he won't gain money for a swollen face, but forces sand into her mouth while snarling "this is what the rest of your life will taste like." Chidin murders a photographer via a powder that makes him bleed out through his ears, eyes, nose and mouth, [[TeamKiller slaughters his Mexican partners]] when they anger him and finally simply attempts to murder the heroes. A vicious, brutal monster [[TheDreaded feared even by other Native tribes]], Chidin is a loathed figure to all who know him.

* ''Film/MotherlessBrooklyn'': [[PoliticallyIncorrectVillain Moses Randolph]], a [[CorruptCorporateExecutive businessman]] in charge of the Borough Authority and several other public sectors, uses his positions to [[VillainousGentrification demolish many neighborhoods in New York City to make way for his developments]], while subjecting hundreds, if not thousands, to homelessness. Moses also [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil raped]] a woman in his past, which led to the conception of Laura Rose. When his brother asks him to take care of Laura, Moses responds by ruining his brother's life. When Frank Mina and Billy Rose obtain documents that could connect him to Laura, Moses has the two murdered while also trying to have his own daughter murdered when he believes she knows about him. Despite his [[NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist claims]] of wanting to make New York the city of the future, all Moses Randolph really wants is to use his power to destroy those with none, whether they got in his way or simply because he could.

* ''Film/NoOneGetsOutAlive'': [[BigBad Becker]] partook in his family ritual of [[HumanSacrifice sacrificing women]] to the Aztec goddess, [[EldritchAbomination Ītzpāpālōtl]]. When he and his brother, Red, [[SelfMadeOrphan killed their parents]], Becker continued the sacrifices upon discovering that they gave him good health forcing Red to lure women to their boarding house for Becker to feed Ītzpāpālōtl, already killing many women as evidence with the amount ghosts trapped in their house. Preparing to make heroine Ambar his latest offering to Ītzpāpālōtl, Becker kills two Romanian women still under his captivity and [[NoHoldsBarredBeatdown beats Ambar's uncle to death]] before attempting to strangle Ambar to death.

** [[BigBad Lord Cumberland]], a feared witch hunter with a legacy of torture and execution behind him, is the living embodiment of the era's worst hypocrisies. Cumberland arrives in a European village whereupon he immediately assumes duty having those accused as "witches" tried and tortured in every way imaginable before being set to [[BurnTheWitch burn at the stake]]. With a [[EgocentricallyReligious shallow facade of piety]], Cumberland becomes more and more openly corrupt and selfish, keeping a young man prisoner under constant torture to have him sign away his inheritance to Cumberland, strangling the corrupt Albino to death after he mocks him over his impotence, and even having a rape victim's tongue torn out when she refuses to confess to her accusations before irritably ordering her executed. Cumberland's hypocrisy comes to a head when rapes Vanessa in lustful frustration and afterwards he has an entire family set for torture and execution under charges he knows are false, condemning even his once-loyal apprentice to death for his rebellion and responding to rebellion by ordering his men to ride into town and butcher every last man, woman and child out of spite.
** The [[SerialRapist Albino]], Cumberland's predecessor, is a licentious sadist who doesn't even bother with piety to mask his atrocities, using his position to have countless tortured and murdered with no attention to even due process. He uses his position as witch hunter to coerce women to his bed or burn, attempting to have his way with the maid Vanessa and vowing to find any way to see her burn when she rejects him. Albino is finally brought to Cumberland after attempting to rape a woman in her own home and having her husband murdered, sneering that he'll see Cumberland's reputation destroyed before he's ever replaced as witch-finder.

** ''[[Film/MissionImpossibleRogueNation Rogue Nation]]'' & ''[[Film/MissionImpossibleFallout Fallout]]'': [[AnarchyIsChaos Solomon Lane]] is a former UsefulNotes/MI6 operative who, after realizing his own sociopathic nature, became enraged and went rogue with [[Characters/MissionImpossibleFilmSeriesTheSyndicate the Syndicate]] to cover up his own deficiencies. Using the Syndicate to carry out devastating terrorist attacks while committing murders himself, Lane was defeated and arrested by Ethan Hunt and his team. Two years later, Lane uses his ally John Lark--aka August Walker--to get free, now [[RevengeBeforeReason hell-bent on revenge]] against Ethan. To that end, he uses stolen plutonium to rig two nuclear bombs to go off in Kashmir, at a medical site where Ethan's ex-wife Julia is working just out of spite. The nukes will irradiate the water supplies of China, India and Pakistan, affecting a third of the Earth's population while Lane is fine dying in the blast so long as he knows Ethan is framed for being Lark and will rot in a jail cell for the rest of his life haunted by the guilt of Julia's death. [[NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist Abandoning all pretense of good intentions]], Lane shows that he is a [[EvilCounterpart dark mirror]] to Ethan himself, stopping at nothing to achieve his ends, no matter how many have to die.

** ''Film/MissionImpossibleIII'': [[TerroristsWithoutACause Owen Davian]] is a sociopathic, powerful international ArmsDealer who is notorious for selling to different terrorists. Davian wants to find the Rabbit's Foot, a highly dangerous weapon which Davian is going to give to John Musgrave and start a [[WarForFunAndProfit war in the Middle East which would kill many people]]. When he captures an agent who is spying on him, he brutally tortures her and plants a bomb inside of her head, detonating the bomb when she is finally rescued. When Davian is interrogated by Ethan Hunt, he gloats about killing the agent, saying that the only real reason he did it was [[ForTheEvulz because it was fun]], before threatening to do the same to Ethan and his wife, no matter what, which he attempts to do multiple times, even going as far as to disguise his own security chief as Ethan's wife, and then killing her, just to torture Ethan. In his final moments, he keeps his promise, and decides to kill Ethan's wife, with Ethan ForcedToWatch.

** ''[[Film/MissionImpossibleRogueNation Rogue Nation]]'' & ''[[Film/MissionImpossibleFallout Fallout]]'': [[AnarchyIsChaos Solomon Lane]] is a former UsefulNotes/MI6 operative who, after realizing his own sociopathic nature, became enraged and went rogue with [[Characters/MissionImpossibleFilmSeriesTheSyndicate the Syndicate]] to cover up his own deficiencies. ** [[PoliticallyIncorrectVillain Frank Bailey]] is the worst of the street-level Klan members in Jessup County, leading his gang in routine assaults on minorities. Bailey is the one who, alongside Pell, pulls the trigger on the trio of young activists, sneering anti-Semitic and racial slurs as he kills them. Bailey further takes part in an ambush of an entire church of Black people, [[WouldHurtAChild brutally kicking a small child]] praying for mercy while his men sexually assault and beat adults around him. In his determination to ensure Black voters' voices are never heard, Bailey firebombs a variety of churches and voting booths to silence them, and even lynches a farmer after setting his home ablaze and nearly burning his wife and children alive.

** ''Guns of the Magnificent Seven'' (1969): [[BigBad Colonel Diego]] is a [[InsaneAdmiral mass-murdering Mexican colonel]] cracking down on revolutionary activity. Diego kills prisoners by the dozens, having them dragged behind running horses until they die, or [[BuriedAlive burying them up to their necks]] and having their exposed heads trampled by horses. Diego even [[ForcedToWatch forces one of the heroes to watch]] one of these "ceremonies" while promising more and more for each day he doesn't talk.
