Otherwise, it's a hard 9 due to a scene involving an extremely gory headshot, {{ludicrous gibs}} from humans being shredded by plane propeller and meat grinders, [[VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoIVTheLostAndDamned Johnny Klebitz]] having his head brutally stomped by Trevor, etc., as the gameplay itself featuring intense combat, gunplay and more with lots of blood but no dismemberment.
