However, this gets deconstructed since Seima does not remember or recognise him at all upon meeting face-to-face for a second time, especially with his drastically changed looks to become even cuter and only pining from afar without directly interacting with him, which means Mitsuki left a really bad impression on Seima after he catches him bullying Itsu. This enrages Seima to the point he wishes to never see Mitsuki again and ensures that by banning him from the Student Council.
