Whether or not he actually raped anyone, Akuta doesn't sound remotely like a Chivalrous pervert from these examples.

* ChivalrousPervert:
** Akuta seems to be headed that way. He's still quite a creeper, but at least he seems to be trying to earn "Titty-chan's" love by protecting her, despite having several devastating weapons he could threaten her with, like he did with his gun during his first introduction.
** When we first meet Akuta, we see he had [[spoiler:raped and murdered several women]]. This is just his debut. All of his actions eventually lead up to a moment when, after traveling to the past, he charges at a child version of Yoruka with the manga suggesting heavily that he intended to [[spoiler:rape her too]]. Again, he intended to [[spoiler:rape and kill a prepubescent girl]]. Calling him a 'chivalrous' pervert certainly is...tough, to say the least. The manga does try to show off a better side of him, though.
** One of the most recent chapters shows the beginning of the apocalypse from his perspective; as it turns out, those women [[spoiler: were already dead when he got to the strip mall. Of course, he was immediately willing to [[ILoveTheDead rape their bodies]], but was interrupted by the arrival of the main group (which is why he was caught with his pants down). As soon as he sees Yoruka, he immediately thinks that she could be the one to "take his chastity," revealing that he's been a virgin this entire time. Of course, that doesn't excuse how creepy he still is, but at least he's never actually raped anyone.]]
