Introduced more tropes and did more editting

Added DiffLines:

* AttractiveBentGender: Maru once disguised himself with a women’s wig in order to infiltrate a cult of misandrist women alongside Kiruko. It was convincing enough that even she got turned on a bit by looking at him.

Added DiffLines:

* FireForgedFriends: Maru and Kiruko are this, though Maru does try throughout the Post-Disaster plot to [[BattleCouple upgrade this]] due to his infatuation with Kiruko [[spoiler: despite knowing she considers herself a man because of having Haruki’s brain in her body]]. She stays friends with Maru out of “professional duty” as his bodyguard for the journey, though she does tease him from time to time and [[IHaveBoobsYouMustObey isn’t above using sex appeal]] to get him to do things for her. [[spoiler: However, after Robin [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil raped]] Kiruko - [[BrokenPedestal making her lose all respect and trust in him]], her revelation that despite having Haruki’s brain she might be “Kiriko” instead who can access Haruki’s memories, and Maru [[RescueRomance rescuing her from Robin]] might [[BattleCouple upgrade this]] in the future [[CharacterDevelopment considering they are closer than they were before]]]].

Added DiffLines:

* TraumaButton: Given the apocalyptic setting, there’s quite a few.
** In chapter fourteen, Kiruko panicked when Maru wasn’t in the room they were staying in, only to discover that he was hiding in another room looking at a porn magazine. But when he tried to assure her that he was ok, she started crying, much to his dismay. He remembered that she grew up in an orphanage, but it shut down at one point [[spoiler: because when Kiriko “died” the money she brought in from winning electric cart races stopped, therefore the orphanage couldn’t support itself]] and she sometimes begs out loud for Robin to save her when she’s in extreme danger, leading Maru to realize she has a fear of being abandoned by people she cares about.\\
[[spoiler: Unfortunately, while Kiruko was [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil being raped by]] [[BrokenPedestal Robin]], Maru stayed in his room for an entire extra day because he remembered her panicking when he wasn’t in the place he agreed to stay in. Therefore she was raped by Robin for almost two days before Maru had enough of waiting around and went to check up on her. Also, when Kiruko tried to picture a happy memory to calm herself, she thought of Maru’s smiling face and pleaded for him to save her, hoping that he didn’t leave her like “Haruki” did the first time Robin raped her]].

Added Ambiguous Gender and did some more edits.

* AmbiguousGender: Several examples exist in both plots:
** Maru. He’s male, but his appearance is androgynous and tends to confuse people, much to his dismay as it attracts all kinds of unwanted attention towards him.
** Tokio, whose androgynous appearance is unique amongst most of the children within the nursery. [[spoiler: She’s later confirmed to be female, which was revealed when she had sexual intercourse with a boy named Kona in secrecy]].

* DentedIron: Kiruko’s body is in this condition [[WalkingTheEarth due to having spent many years on the road]] in post-apocalyptic Japan.

* DentedIron: Kiruko’s body is in this condition [[WalkingTheEarth due to having spent many years on the road]] in post-apocalyptic Japan. [[spoiler: It’s also because Kiriko took major injuries after launching her electric cart at the Hiruko that was eating her brother, Haruki, though Kiruko learned that Kiriko suffered other near-fatal injuries. Being left on death’s door forced the doctor Kiruko is looking for to perform the procedure that put Haruki’s brain into Kiriko’s body]].

* LossOfIdentity: This happened to [[spoiler: Kiruko]] in the aftermath of [[spoiler: [[BrokenPedestal Robin]] [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil raping her]]]]. During chapter thirty three, [[spoiler: Kiruko had a vision where she saw Haruki sleeping while Kiriko was talking to him in secrecy, which made Kiruko realize that she was able to see Kiriko’s memories now. [[HeroicBSOD As a result, Kiruko no longer knew who she was]]. Some of the paragraph were too long, so I plan on using a double slash line setup in order to help make the paragraphs easier to read. I might cut down on some of the spoilers too since many of the tropes reference each other quite often.

** Kiruko was threatened by bandits early on, seeing her as the only chance in a long time they would get to rape a beautiful woman, showcasing how people in harsh and lawless conditions may take advantage of situations where authorities are no longer around to commit heinous actions against the innocent. Later, Tokio brings this up with the nursery's director as well, who claims that the only thing beyond the walls is hell. The first one, “Post-Disaster,” features Maru’s and Kuriko’s adventures in a post-apocalyptic setting that ended up this way as the result of an unknown calamity, which had occurred fifteen years in the past from that point. The second one, “Nursery,” features several children in a special nursery surrounded by walls who have special abilities. However, learning more about either one of them will spoil details in the other due to several plot twists taking place over the course of the story, so tread lightly. But is the task easier said than done? ...Probably.

In a walled-up nursery, children are taught their fundamentals by robots. During a pop quiz, one of these children, Tokio, finds a weird, unexpected question:

Sure enough, the outside world is one that has gone sideways in more ways than one. Not only has society devolved into bandits, scavengers, and other scoundrels, but there is something more feared than all of those: horrific creatures known as "Hiruko", or Man-Eaters. In what used to be Tokyo, a boy named Maru (who looks a lot like Tokio) travels with his bodyguard, a young woman named Kiruko. They are not your average, scrappy kids. Maru has the ability to kill Man-Eaters by reaching into their cores and crushing them from within while Kiruko is armed with a special, if unreliable, gun that can kill in one shot. As Kiruko searches for two distinct men, Maru searches for something much grander: Heaven itself.

* CrapsackWorld: The world outside of the nursery.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: Several for plotlines that come into play later:
** Chapter 4 has Kiruko examining her own body, attempting to kiss her own reflection, and Maru finding stitches in her head, while Chapter 7 has a man thinking Kiruko is a famous kart-racer named Kiriko Takehaya, who went missing five years ago, but she immediately denies the resemblance.
** During the nursery segments, we are shown that Kona is a masterful artist...but his artwork bears an uncanny resemblance to the Hiruko monsters.
* MonsterIsAMommy: Inverted with an innkeeper who stops Maru and Kiruko from killing a Man-Eater, claiming the monster is her son. [[spoiler:Immediately subverted when the Man-Eater cuts her into pieces and eats her.]]
* WhamLine: Chapter 7 has [[spoiler:Kiruko telling to Maru that her body is female...but her brain is a male's.]]
