''The Haunted Bakery'' is a fantasy/dramedy WebSerialNovel following a Honey "Heven" Eveninghost, a baker who moved from his hometown to the city in order to open and run a bakery by himself.

The kingdom of Grimm is not your typical fairy tale kingdom. As the people recover from a recent civil war, they also have to deal with frequent monster attacks and other misfortunes. [[WellThisIsNotThatTrope However, this is not that story.]]

Instead, we follow Heven and the people around them as they try to live normal, happy lives and leave the bad times behind them. To make it short, the story focuses more on character drama and interaction than on a fantastic plot.

Referred to as a "fairy tale dramedy" the story does indeed feature several FairyTale motifs, often with a [[PlayingWith spin on them]]
