* [[EvilIsSexy Ronno]] definitely has his share of DracoInLeatherPants going on in the fandom, but it's not terribly uncommon to find fanart with a rather sweet milder take where he's portrayed as being on [[FriendlyEnemy friendly terms with]] Bambi and sometimes even Faline as well.
* The sheer fact Bambi's second film, unlike many other Disney sequels, was invested a good budget and team to work on it, leading to competent animation supervision and professional voice acting. The "Making Of" documentary shows practically everyone involved wanted it to do the original justice. In regions such as Europe, it even avoided the Direct-To-Video status and was released in theatre with a fair amount of promotion. At the very least, Disney understood that Bambi's return had to be special.
* Creator/PatrickStewart had in fact wanted to voice for a Disney movie for almost two decades, though other projects such as ''Series/StarTrekTheNextGeneration'' had intervened with schedules. He finally got roles for both ''Bambi II'' and ''WesternAnimation/ChickenLittle'' almost simultaneously.
** Regarding ''Series/StarTrekTheNextGeneration,'' remember how Picard was uncomfortable around kids? [[HeartwarminginHindsight Yeah...]]
* Similar to Patrick Stewart, Creator/AlexanderGould has admitted in the "Making Of" documentary that he's proud to provide the voice of Bambi in the midquel. He even proudly told children and younger kids that he was Bambi after the film's release in 2006.

* A baby flying squirrel going out on its first flight with its mother. Riding on her back at first, it looks really scared, but when it finally comes down to it it takes to it like a duck to water, smiling in a "I did it!" sort of way at its mother.

* Faline looks out for Bambi following the death of his mother. She offers Bambi an escort home with her and her mother. After Bambi is stung by the Porcupine, she rushes to his side upon hearing his cries of pain, immediately trying to see where he's hurt when she reaches his side.

* Thumper telling the forest animals how Bambi fought off a group of hunting dogs and witnessing Bambi bonding with The Great Prince. Before he finishes his story, Thumper's sisters quickly cut him off by concluding his story before briefly feeling embarrassed. Thumper doesn't get annoyed with his sister, but happily says the story is over without any signs of annoyance. Considering his sisters got his his nerves throughout the movie, it's sweet to see their big brother treating them nicely.

* The entire premise of ''Bambi II'' is very heartwarming when you really get down it.
