** In the album's universe, Fall Out Boy appears to be the most important rock band on the earth, so attacking music is heavily contingent on the cult dismantling them.

* What is the reasoning beyond the action behind Love's cult beyond making FOB's life a living hell? A previous interview with Pete and Patrick indicated that they're well-intentioned extremists and that Patrick while possessed is conditioned to hate all music, but what do they hope to gain from that? And why target Fall Out Boy specifically?

As mentioned on the main Headscratchers page, headscratchers are intended for questions and further discussion about Fridge Logic in a work and not for complaining. Included a headscratcher of my own to get back on topic.

* Why to Fall Out Boy hate their old music enough not to be producing similar stuff? I'm not asking for Emo music again, but they keep going too far into Pop & electronic music that's the farthest removed from what they claim to be; Rock. They haven't been Rock since 2008, so why do they keep selling out themselves by producing terrible Pop music laced with so many electronics, they could re-open up a Radio Shack?
** They don't hate their old music. They still play "Dance, Dance" and "Thnks fr th Mmrs" at every concert, and have finished every show with "Saturday", one of their earliest singles, since before their hiatus. They know that that's the music that got them out there. However, the band has always been about staying relevant and not becoming stagnant. When they were touring for ''Folie a Deux'', they described themselves as feeling like a hair band in 1991. They don't want to become irrelevant, and so they are constantly reinventing themselves and trying new things. They said they could have written "Sugar, We're Going Down" five times, but ''then'' they would have sold out.
