* The day before Jensen's wife is killed he's involved in a riot at the factory he was working at, which had just closed down, stiffed its workers their final pay, and then called the SWAT team on them. Why couldn't Hennessy have gotten Jensen arrested for assaulting a police officer and then transferred to Terminal Island? You'd think it would be easier to get him in jail for a crime he actually commits, rather than frame him for a crime that he didn't.

**Risk vs reward. Assaulting an officer if convicted could be a few years with good behavior. Hennessy can't come off as the bad guy in Jensen's eyes. With his wife alive, he can wait it out at best. Not worth getting killed in a few races for. With his wife dead, time is a factor.
