* Something Bill (the FallGuy) said at the end of the series premiere has been bugging me. He was looking at the bright side of his situation, and said to Corky,(paraphrasing a little) "I get to live like the king of Siam for a month. Me missus gets five thousand dollar. (BillGates money for the time period) And the people get to see a man hang for this hanus crime." The third part is what's bothering me. Bill doesn't seem like the type who'd give 1/8th of one shit about the "public good". So why say it?

** He's pointing out that everybody wins: Him, his wife and Corcoran/the police. He's basically telling Corcoran to stop complaining and let the matter rest.
