At first, she appears to be a kind nurse taking care of Bonney, but turns out to be a BitchInSheepsClothing when she, actually an undercover [=CP8=] agent, essentially turns Kuma's church into a prison to isolate Bonney from all her outside contacts in the Sorbet Kingdom. She becomes even more unlikeable when she rips apart Kuma's letters, leaving Bonney crying and wondering why her father isn't writing to her. She later gives Bonney a foul-tasting placebo (made out of [[QuackDoctor spoiled lemonade no less]]), when she could give her a good tasting one just because [[ItAmusedMe it amuses her]]. And finally, she actively relishes the chance to [[WouldHurtAChild beat up Bonney and chain her up]] when the poor child finally has enough and attempts to escape. Needless to say, she more than earns Bonney's [[MegatonPunch Nika-powered punch]] to her face.

* Every scene the [[AristocratsAreEvil World Nobles]] appear in just makes viewers hate them even more. [[spoiler:Besides Doflamingo's family and eventually [[TookALevelInKindness Saint Mjosgard]], they are just pure scum]]. [[ScrewTheRulesIMakeThem They just keep doing horrible things, confident that their status lets them do whatever they want]]. [[SlaveryIsASpecialKindOfEvil They buy and kidnap people to make them slaves]], [[DisproportionateRetribution shoot people just for not kneeling before them]], [[KickTheDog make slaves eat Devil Fruits just for their own sick entertainment]] and much worse. Many characters suffered under them, including Fisher Tiger, Hancock and her sisters and Koala, not to mention one of them [[spoiler:almost]] killed Luffy's brother Sabo just for passing in front of their ship. Eustass Kid, himself a PsychopathicManchild, claims that even the worst pirates are absolutely nothing compared to the World Nobles. They [[CardCarryingVillain take so much pride in how despicable they are]] that [[spoiler:they shun Saint Mjosgard for ''not'' keeping slaves, and when he helps Princess Shirahoshi escape from slavery at the hands of Charlos, they have him executed.]] Because of their horrible, horrible actions, it's a moment of celebration when Luffy punches Charlos in the face.

* [[InvisibleJerkass Absalom]] from the Thriller Bark Arc pretty much exists to creep the audience out. He is such a perverted scumbag who uses his {{Invisibility}} powers to [[PowerPerversionPotential fulfil his dirty needs]]. His [[EstablishingCharacterMoment first appearance]] has him sexually assaulting Robin by [[LecherousLicking licking]] her while invisible. Later in his next scene, he pins a naked Nami to the wall in the shower, and had Usopp and Chopper not intervened [[FridgeHorror one can only imagine]] [[AttemptedRape what he could've done to her]]. Since then, [[StalkerWithACrush he lusts for her]] because of how weak she is, and kidnaps her, [[DudeShesLikeInAComa drugs her out and tries forcing her to marry him]]. And to top it off, he's also a {{Hypocrite}} who constantly rejects Lola's advances, thinking her to be an AbhorrentAdmirer, never mind how he himself is one to Nami, and actually has the gall to call Sanji a pervert. To tell you how unlikeable he is meant to be, the latest mention of him after the TimeSkip is about him unceremoniously killed off by the Blackbeard Pirates.

Aside from possessing the aforementioned traits the other World Nobles have, he is a manchild who loves collecting attractive women to become his wife (while throwing some away like garbage); [[KickTheDog tries buying the mermaid Camie just so his pet piranha can chase her around]]; happily dances around after shooting Hatchan, singing about how he's caught a fishman slave for free; and [[SlaveryIsASpecialKindOfEvil tries enslaving Shirahoshi in front of her family and friends]], threatening to sic [=CP0=] agents on them should they intervene. He is so despicable of a character that [[KarmicButtMonkey the story makes sure he gets beaten up every time he tries to commit some atrocities]].

* Despite everything everyone else who is or was on this page has done, many fans consider [[spoiler:[[CorruptPolitician Saint Jaygarcia Saturn]]]] the most despicable character in all of ''One Piece'' by a significant margin. [[spoiler:Killing a Marine for the crime of [[DisproportionateRetribution looking at him without permission]], he's shown to have an utter lack of care for human life whatsoever, believing that HumansAreInsects. In Kuma's flashback, he's shown to have ordered the outright genocide of the entire Buccaneer race simply because Kuma was practicing an IllegalReligion, with Kuma being the only survivor]]. It gets even worse when it turns out [[spoiler:he was the one who caused Ginny's (and by means of the lineage factor Bonney's) Sapphire Scales disease by experimenting on Ginny, Sapphire Scales disease being the very HealthcareMotivation which caused Kuma to make a DealWithTheDevil and give up his life in the first place. And [[ReminiscingAboutYourVictims he proudly recounts all this to Bonney as he slowly breaks her will and spirit]] before [[YouSaidYouWouldLetThemGo breaking his promise to Kuma and moving in to kill her]], which makes Kuma going all PapaWolf on him all the more satisfying. Then, to add insult to injury, he [[LeaveNoSurvivors orders the extermination of the fleeing population of Egghead Island]] because of the ''possibility'' that some of them might have discovered secrets the World Government did not want them to know, and [[NeverMyFault blames Vegapunk for their impending doom]]]]. All in all, every reveal about his character simply serves to further prove how despicable he really is, with not a single redeeming quality anywhere to be found.
