** [[EvilOldFolks Kenzō]] stands out as particularly repulsive even in a prison setting full of rapists, murderers and lowlifes. He's the [[ReligionOfEvil former guru of a religious sect]] who manipulated his followers into committing mass suicide ForTheEvulz. On top of it all, Kenzō is an egomaniac with a god complex who wants to be worshipped by everyone and sadistically tortures F.F while laughing at their pain. Mc Queen and Gwess aren't hate sinks, they're portrayed as no more detestable than many of the other inmates

** Gwess is first shown to be nice and polite, [[BitchInSheepsClothing but her true personality is actually one of an insane and controlling woman]], who likes to shrink people and put them in animal carcasses while treating them like 'pets'. She uses her Stand ability to shrink Jolyne and orders her to help with her prison escape. When things don't go as planned, she tries to trick Jolyne into getting caught by the prison guards to have her executed for 'betraying her trust'. Gwess gets her just deserts, courtesy of Jolyne's newly awakened Stand, Stone Free, giving her a rightful beating. After this, Gwess mellows out and becomes a little friendlier, giving Jolyne information when she needs it, but Jolyne still understandably wants nothing else to do with her.

** Giorno's stepfather is arguably even worse than his mother, since he was actively physically abusive to Giorno when his wife wasn't watching, implying that she wouldn't have stood for that sort of treatment. His behavior also results in Giorno having trust issues and constantly scrutinizing others' expressions, due to how two-faced his stepfather was.

Diavolo does have twisted honor as well, showing respect towards Bucciarati, Risotto and Polnareff.

** [[spoiler:Diavolo]], the BigBad, rivals DIO in terms of cruelty and ruthlessness. But while DIO at least showed some sense of twisted honor, [[spoiler:Diavolo]] lacks such traits. He's a [[TheParanoiac paranoid, cold-blooded psychopath]] who is willing to murder his own daughter just to protect his identity and makes a gruesome example of anyone who dares to breach his privacy. Oh, and he's also a mafia boss who ignores every ethic guidelines set to other mafiosi by having his criminal empire selling drugs to children.
** Even in a cast full of ruthless murderers and gangsters, Cioccolata could very well be the vilest and most depraved of the lot. He's a MadDoctor who gets kicks from torturing his patients in gratuitous fashion and even gaslights elderly patients to make them commit suicide out of despair. And on top of it, he's an egotistical and narcissistic asshole who thinks he's above everyone else and only cares about his own morbid view of life. Everyone in-universe, except his assistant Secco, [[spoiler:[[EvenEvilHasStandards even Diavolo]]]], are absolutely disgusted with him and consider him the lowest of the low. He then goes on a cataclysmic killing spree while bragging how watching death and suffering of others is the true source of happiness in life. It's only fitting that he's subjected to one of the most violent and drawn-out (and ''definitely'' deserving) punishments in the series by far; a ''seven page/40 seconds'' NoHoldsBarredBeatdown at the hands of Giorno, who finishes said beating by punching him [[SquashedFlat into the back of a garbage truck that crushes him inside,]] then takes the resulting bloody mess away to be incinerated.

** Also a flashback only character, in both the anime and ''LightNovel/PurpleHazeFeedback'', is Fugo's university professor. Depending on which version of Fugo's backstory, he either mocked Fugo and berated him for letting his grandmother's death affect his grades (''Feedback''), or he was repeatedly harassing or even ''molesting'' Fugo, who was only ''thirteen'' at the time, even trying to pressure him into giving him sexual favors in exchange for telling him what's in the next exam (anime). ** Diego and his mother's savior shows his nastier side later on. When Diego's mother rejects his advances — not to mention that he felt entitled to her because he saved her and her son —, he responds by putting holes in the cups they used to get food, leaving them unable to eat and forcing Diego's mother to put the hot food in her hands in order to make sure Diego would be fed. * ''Manga/PhantomBlood'': Dio's abusive drunkard of a father, Dario Brando is no slouch in this department. He constantly abused his wife (to whom he had no compassion for at all) during their marriage until she died from exhaustion (even wanting to sell her dress after she died to get money), mistreated Dio throughout his entire youth, and overall, showcased smug, toxic, and dominating behavior over his entire family. He then proceeds to milk George Joestar's kindness by forcing Dio to become his foster son in the hopes of retaining their family fortune. ** The racist [[DirtyCop Dirty Cops]] bullying Smokey Brown. Despite their brief appearance, they easily come off as loathsome pieces of shit. They not only physically throttle Smokey for stealing Joseph's wallet, but they also try and extort money from him. When Joseph shows up to defend Smokey, one of them [[SmugSnake smugly]] walks up to him to [[BullyingADragon wipe a booger on Joseph's face]]. They both proceed to get an extremely well-deserved ass-kicking from Joseph.

Both ways end with Fugo triggered into beating him senseless with an encyclopedia. Worse yet, much like Narancia's "friend", the professor gets no seen comeuppance for his actions and Fugo is arrested and abandoned by his parents as a result.

** Rubber Soul is an irritatingly smug and narcissistic twit who taunts and belittles Jotaro during their entire fight, boasting on how his superior his Stand is. And then there's a moment where he [[ForTheEvulz brutally murders a dog for no reason at all rather than just to be a dick]]. It's satisfying to watch Jotaro, having had enough of him, beat his oh-so-prized handsome face into a misshapen, bloody pulp.

* ''Manga/PhantomBlood'': Dio's abusive, drunk asshole of a father Dario Brando is no slouch in this department. It's arguable whether or not Dio would have become the sadistic megalomaniac he is now if it weren't for his horrible father's upbringing ([[LikeFatherLikeSon hinting that Dio may have inherited that from him anyway]]), but it's all thanks to Dario that Dio and Jonathan even met each other in the first place. He is easily one of the most loathsome and unlikable characters in the series which makes his fatal poisoning at the hands of his own son one of the few murders committed by Dio that can ''actually'' be considered justifiable.

** Alessi is ''definitely'' the most unlikable, petty and obnoxious of the Egypt 9 Glory Gods faced by Jotaro and crew after their arrival in Egypt, save perhaps for Terence D’Arby mentioned below. While there are several moments where his {{Jerkass}}ery is PlayedForLaughs and his [[DoubleTake wild expressiveness]] and [[LaughablyEvil sheer incompetence are somewhat entertaining to watch]], he is still quite the despicable scumbag, which is given for a [[DirtyCoward cowardly]] [[WouldHurtAChild child abuser]] with ''[[MemeticMolester incredibly]]'' [[MemeticMolester paedophilic undertones.]] He easily rivals Steely Dan when it comes to being a reprehensible piece of work: which is further emphasized when he [[CurbStompBattle gets his ass handed to him]] by a freaking ''seven-year old'' Jotaro and '''''three-year old''''' Polnareff!
** Terence (Telence) T. D'Arby/D'Arby the Younger, unlike his [[NobleDemon much more noble and charming brother]], is a childish, disgusting psychopath; [[LivingDollCollector changing anybody who is defeated by him in a video game into a doll]] while [[AndIMustScream keeping them fully aware of their situation and powerless to do anything about it]]. He is especially creepy when he's shown changing their clothes and suggestively touching them ([[FridgeHorror especially taking his time with both the female dolls]] [[DepravedBisexual and Kakyoin]], establishing him as [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil a sex offender]] as well), and takes [[LovesTheSoundOfScreaming a perverse level of pleasure in his victims' descent into despair and insanity]]. He also uses his Stand to give himself an unfair advantage in games to ensure his victory, while claiming that he [[ExactWords isn't cheating.]] While he is just a minor villain, it's not hard to see why he is one of the ones that the heroes show the most revulsion and contempt for.
